This is a preview of Fishy Strawberry’s Summer/Spring 2010 collection. All the pieces were designed to mix-and-match so you can wear it out of the box or pair with other pieces from Fishy Strawberry or other favorites from your inventory.

I’m pretty much an ‘out of the box’ type of girl, since I’m not terribly creative with mix-and-matching, so I enjoy it when things from one brand goes well together.

If I wasn’t obsessed with prim shoes, I would totally be a Mermaid in SL! I’ve always wanted a Mermaid costume but I’ve never had one until yesterday. I’m so in love with it, especially when worn with the Mermaid AO. It’s so fun and relaxing to watch my avatar float around and do little turns in the water. I love it!!

I spotted Squinternet Larnia wearing this gorgeous big and fluffy hairstyle on her Flickr stream, and I had to have it! Anessa Stine was kind enough to drop me a landmark to the hair shop in-world, and I spent a good bit of L’s buying some crazy wigs. Yes to me, these are not actual “hairstyles” but more like wigs you would wear with costumes.

The hair shop is called MrS – normally I laugh at hair like this, but I really wanted this style. Most of the hairstyles at that shop were terrible cos they were full bright, with flickering flexi-prims, and just kind of cheap looking but that was exactly why I liked the two wigs I got — they looked like tacky fun wigs.

I am wearing two incredible new Donna Flora releases. The Wave dress & Bambola dress, both have gorgeous textures & sculpted pieces. The Bambola dress also includes a gorgeous butterfly shaped hair bow.

A few days ago I read somewhere that fans of Twilight could purchase Bella’s engagement ring so I really wanted one in SL! Thankfully, Caroline Apollo was already one step ahead of me and released this ring ages ago. Visit Caroline’s, if you want Bella’s ring!

LeeZu – Lourdes Sculpted Top (side view)

LeeZu has just released the fully sculpted Lourdes top. I’m fascinated with fully sculpted clothing, cos the shape is so nice but they don’t always fit well. LeeZu has included nine different sizes in the package (3 Small, 3 Medium, 3 Large) to fit a variety of shapes and the top is modifiable so you can re-size to fit.

I modded my boobs to a smaller size to wear this top in Small, cos I didn’t want to re-size the whole top.

It’s Earth Day tomorrow! Wunderlich’s created this gorgeous Earth Dress. These pictures DO NOT do it justice!! All the prims have animated textures to show a serene Earth landscape. See the panels of my prim skirt? That’s a waterfall! This dress has to be seen in-world to be fully appreciated. Wunderlich’s has created a wonderful youtube  video featuring the dress, click here to see it.

The sleeve of this dress also has a built-in ao that can be turned on or off, but I *totally* recommend wearing the dress with the AO on, because the AO poses are custom made for this dress and they’re just FANTASTIC. I may pull them out and use in my regular AO, too. I love cute hovers & fly animations!

Yesterday, G-Field sent a pair of Lavender Lce-Up Boots to members in their subscribomatic group. I was so incredibly happy Lavender shade on the boots matches Wunderlich’s Earth Dress perfectly. They were meant for each other! <3

I’m a big LeeZu fangirl because her textures are so vibrant and the designs are original. I knew I wanted this gorgeous Mailin Blouse when the new release notice landed in my inventory. I love that LeeZu does has very ‘girlie’ designs, but she also tries go further by using sculpt pieces to enhance the clothing item. The ruffles are awesome, and I’m in awe of the sculpted ruffles attachment that gives it a 3-D look when you cam all around in-world. This kind of attention to detail is what sets LeeZu apart from many designers.

I’m wearing the LeeZu Mailin Blouse with some LeeZu BritPants, which are available in similar matching colors, so they’re so easy to mix-and-match or coordinate.

Check it out! I’m wearing the new Belleza Elle skin! I haven’t blogged any Belleza skins since December 2008, so I thought I would give this brand a try again.

I grabbed Elle demos a few days ago and I was not sold on the face immediately. When I was at the shop, I also noticed that when you purchase skins packs you don’t get ALL the brows options! Belleza packs are divided by Brows colors, so you get ALL the skin tones when you purchase a pack. So if I wanted both Blonde and Black brows, I would have to purchase two packs. I am a brows girl, I couldn’t care less about getting all the skin tones. I like how some designers gives you 2 similar skin tones (like Gala), but the darkest my avatar usually goes is Sunkissed. I don’t need Tan, Dark Tan, or any skin color that’s darker than that. The way the pack is divided at Belleza is somewhat useless to me.

To test drive this skin, I paid $250 to join the Belleza group to get the group gift skins. I don’t regret joining the group for the skins, cos $250 is a small price to pay but I totally hate giving up a valuable group spot! I know I’m being cheap when I say this, but I feel obligated to stay in the group now, cos I paid for it. I know that groups are for loyal customers, but I have too many land groups!! It’s not that I don’t want to BE in a group forever, it’s just impossible for me to be in ALL the skin groups. I’m already ‘stuck’ in a bunch of them!

Anyways… Belleza, awesome or not?
