Jessyca is the newest skin from Unique Megastore, and it is even cuter than the last. I think this face is so cute and young, and adorable!! I think the lips are just plump and juicy with just the right touch of lipgloss.

The Luxuria intimates line is part of 5th & Oxford brand and recently launched this past Sunday. I saw a teaser of the Luxuria brand about a month ago, during 50L Friday, when the adorable petal pink Olaenka set was on sale. As someone who adores panties because one, they’re so cute and two, they fit everyone perfectly minimal adjustments (if any at all).

Luxuria needs a new logo and after spending hours and hours designing this new collection, my mind is not in the right space for creating a new logo. I don’t want to settle for something that I will not be happy with long term and decided to take up a suggestion from a blogger – have a logo contest!
The winner will get 2000 lindens and the entire collection of Luxuria lingerie – every color of every design in the opening collection.
I think the name of the brand says a lot about what I want in a logo. It needs to be modern, luxurious, elegant and upscale. I want it to say the brand is cosmopolitan and fresh and that’s what the logo has to portray. Although specific colors are not required, it would be helpful to remember that store colors are black, white and light pink.
So some rules:
1. The Aspect Ratio must be 3:2
2. Your entriy must be submitted to Roslin Petion by 11 PM PDT, October 4, 2010.
3. You must drop a full perm texture as your contest entry, but you must be willing to provide a non-merged PSD file of the logo.
4. The logo must be a graphic desgin that incorporates the store name. No photos or screen shots. No avatar photos.
5. All original content. There can be no images, etc. that you don’t have appropriate licensing for.
I found some time to visit this gorgeous World of Water sim (thanks to Yse’s blog!). This sim is beautiful but felt abandoned — and a little creepy. I was posing for photos outside of of a decorative tomb or worship area and there is a very realistic sculpted figure inside.

AOHARU has a surprising new release that’s just full of yummy clothes and hair! It seems like all the big brands have been focusing on hair lately, and that’s totally fine with me. These two new hairstyles from AOHARU are called Nina and Linka. They hair scarf & bow is scripted to color change.

For fellow Shadows lover, the new Second Life 2.2 Beta Viewer has flawless shadows!! I am wearing just regular texture eyes in the picture above; prim eyes are no longer necessary! I guess LL does listen to feedback, because fixing this issue is HUGE! I could kiss them!

If you don’t like the official viewer, Kirstens Viewer also does shadows perfectly, perhaps even better than SL until this latest beta viewer. I’m a big fan of Kirstens and have used it for the past few months but I always prefer to use the official SL client whenever I can.

How to Enable Shadows in the SL 2.2 Beta Viewer:
- Press Ctrl+Alt+D to bring up the Advanced Menu
- then Press Ctrl+Alt+Q to bring up the Develop Menu
- Go to Develop -> Rendering -> check Framebuffer Objects
- then check Light and Shadows -> Shadows from Sun/Moon/Projectors -> and SSAO and Shadow Smoothing
With the Kirstens Viewer, it’s much easier to enable shadows, just go to Preferences -> Graphics.

I thought I would wear the skin as a Brunette or Blonde, but when I tried on this luscious red (Fall) shade from Exile, I had to wear it for my review post.

Ok, this is where I should stop typing, but I’ll type it anyways. Elika is back, but was she ever gone? Many people (myself included) speculated that she was Parvarti Monday, one of the talented creators behind Fri.day brand. Having been a fan of ETD, Fri.day, and now Elikatira too; I will say that I think they have the same “feel” — so I think speculation may be true but this is neither confirmed or denied when I asked Elika about it. Of course, this is not important but it’s still interesting if you want to know why Fri.day is phasing out hair releases, according to their blog.

Last Friday, I ran to RC Cluster to get this 50L Friday Twisted Tongues pack. It’s soooo awesome!! I made my friend buy one too, and he said I was immature, but I don’t care because it’s so worth it!! I’ve been wondering where people were buying their sculpted tongues from, and now I have a great assortment of styles from RC Cluster. The tongue was too bright pink so I had to tint mine a more ‘fleshy’ color, but I think it looks pretty good! You can see the original unedited image here.

Autumn is my favorite season!! I’m transforming part of my beach sim into something more green so I can rez all my favorite Autumn decorations. The picture above was after I had spent over an hour flattening my sim and terraforming something hilly and green to show more of the grass texture.
The rest came together pretty quickly, once I had the basic trees planted.
My favorite decor is this Pumpkin Carving set from Sway’s. The set includes a Pumpkin carving table, 2 stumps (each with 4 poses), 3 pumpkin decorations, 2 knives, sliced pumpkin and bucket, and basket with pumpkins (gives pumpkins and knives by touch).
I also have this adorable Cat-O-Lanterns set from Callie Cline. These 4 cats gives off the perfect glow and they’re perfect for decorating outdoors.
I’m pretty sure I have a ton of Autumn/Halloween decors that I don’t remember having, so I’ll be rezzing more later! This is a pretty cozy spot and I’m really happy with it so far. What are some of your favorite places for Autumn decorations?
LeLutka – Lola | LeLutka – Ava
I thought I would do a comparison of the Lola face with the new Ava face for people who want to see ‘em side by side. I think you’ll see noticeable differences, I especially like the eyes and brows on Ava.
As I said in my previous post, I prefer the Lola lips more because they’re more pouty, so I tried on the Lola lipstick tattoo over the new Ava skin and it fits perfectly. If you’re a fan of both lips shape, wear both!

LeLutka – Ava (Light)
I’m happier than a kid in a candy store when LeLutka has new skins. As you know, the LeLutka sims have been closed for renovation but they will reopen this weekend with a brand new build and new skins.
I’ve always found it a little bit hard to let go the previous LeLutka face when a new skin is released. This new Ava skin is stunning, and at first glance, I think that it looks a bit more mature than the previously released Lola skin. I love the new brows on Ava, but I liked the pouty lips from Lola more. I think fans of LeLutka skins will notice that these new lips are less plump but glossier.
I’m wearing the LeLutka Ava in Light skin tone; this skin features 8 makeups, Light and Dark brows, Light and Dark hair base skins, 3 different hair attachment, cleavage on tattoo layer, an extra “shaved” hair base tattoo, 3 hair attachments, and 10 lipsticks tattoo.
I think Minnu went for a more natural look on the skin, by putting minimal eyeshadow and dark eye liners. All the dramatic and bold colors can be found in the lipsticks tattoo, which can be mixed-and-matched with any base skin.
If you’re a fan of lipsticks like I am, there’s a nice variety here.
I don’t think my head shape is nice with just a hairbase (and hair attachment) so here’s a picture of me with hair :P

I shamelessly love celebrity-inspired skins when they’re done well. Unique Megastore has put in a lot of work and created the skin to be inspired by a celebrity and not just a mere cut and paste job.
I think the new Scarllet skin from Unique Megastore is inspired by Scarlett Johansson, and even features her trademark mole (freckle?). Although I adore the last Meggan skin from Unique, the skin tone was tan. This new Scarllet face features a lighter skin tone, and works beautifully with Blonde hair.
This Scarllet skin has 12 makeups, hair base, and sexy breasts option. Two of the skins features an “open mouth” that shows teeth if you like that look.

A friend of mine asked me about my tattoo this morning. I’m normally not a tattoo person, but I really like this one because I can’t read it so it just looks cute to me. I’ve only worn a word tattoo maybe once in the past, because it was small and delicate. If this was in English, I probably would think it cheesy. But since it’s in Korean characters (letters?), I find it adorable.
And to clear up any confusion about my lash tutorial, I am wearing alpha prim lashes (they are two prims, with an alpha lash texture) not the sculpted individual prim lashes. They look hot!
