SLink has just released these sexy new Sydney Overknee boots!! The leather texture is soft & detailed, and sculpted zippers & buckles totally adds realism to the boots. I’m wearing Black but these boots also comes in Soft Red, Purple, Champagne, Chocolate, Gunmetal, Pink, Red, and White. So many colors to choose from!
Ding Fotherington got me hooked on this Darla hairstyle!!! I saw it on her Flickr this morning – it’s a free group gift from Alli&Ali Designs. I’m wearing the hair with full bright turned off (cos full bright is disgustinggggggg……)!!
Close-up of my new awesome U&R Dogs Ballet ring. The rings are no-mod but there’s a script to turn full-bright on/off. I’m wearing the OFF option, yay for choices. I’ve griped about this brand in the past for having full-bright jewelry, so I’m really glad they’ve installed the script to turn full-bright on/off.

I left my platform and went to Alicia’s birthday party. In case you didn’t know, all the OG bloggers know each other. We go way back, decades really. If you cross one of us, you cross all of us… just kidding! It’s not like that, but we do keep in touch.
For a long time, most of my Second Life friends were either bloggers or creators, but I’ve since expanded my circle to include people I’ve met around Bellisseria.
I’m always open to meeting new people and making new friends. I accept random friend requests. If someone’s bold enough to send one, I figure I should say yes. I sometimes send random friend requests too, to people I’ve known forever on social media, though we often never end up talking or seeing each other in Second Life. I’ve always been notoriously bad at showing up in Second Life. Crowds and teleports used to make me anxious, but I’m slowly getting better at it.
Since I’m not shopping this month, I have lots of free time and I’m finally ready to accept teleports.

Rewind is upon us, and you’re definitely going to find me among one of the people rushing in to buy cool stuff there! There’s a lot of stuff in this picture due to me trying to decorate my backgrounds more, but check out the teen band posters in the back! You can get these Spice Girls and hair band inspo posters at Rewind, which opens tomorrow. There’s some other cool stuff out by RC Cluster and other brands at new events too, which I’ll list in the credits below.
Now, check out this awesome bento pose HUD. It’s gonna give Catwa a run for its money, right? This facial expression HUD is by Happy Dispatch, and is only 480L at SaNaRae. You can control eye and mouth settings separately… you can even adjust the extremity of each pose! Everything from subtle smirks to goofy smiles can be created. It’s a must-have for every blogger.

LeLutka – Stella & Karin | LOGO – AlexI’m playing with two of my favorite mesh heads brands today; LeLutka and LOGO. No matter which head I wear, I always try to find the skin & makeup that feels like me. There are no perfect or best mesh heads, but I have a feeling that innovative creators in SL will always surprise us with better products.
Lara Hurley just released the Cindy applier for LeLutka, so I tried it on two different LeLutka heads. The skin applier is made for Stella specifically, but I think it works very nicely with Karin too. By using the same skin brand across multiple mesh heads, I am able to create similar looks so it still feels like me. I found it easy to layer makeups from different brands to further customize the look. I am wearing a Pink Fuel lipstick applier on the LOGO head; it is from the Kiyomi skin for LOGO.
