Mina Jun is amazing. I admire her so much for releasing her skin texture with FULL PERMISSION, to raise funds for Japan via the Red Cross. Read more about this at Mina’s blog.

The skin textures can be purchased for $0L at mina’s in-world shop.  You’ll have to open the texture in-world and “save as…” the file to your computer.

I think a bunch of people (myself included) begged Sasy Scarborough to revive her Another Fundraiser event and organize a way for people to use these templates and also Eloh’s, to create skins and/or makeups for charity.

I’ll update this post with more info on Another Fundraiser II later, but for now, you can get started on making something awesome!! 🙂

I love a good school uniform in SL, and monso gets it right every time! This uniform includes a HUD to change the blazer color, trim, skirt texture, shirt color, and tie texture & style. I don’t like to wear Brown often, but since it is Autumn, I wanted to put together an outfit with warmer tones.

How adorable is this HUD? I had so much fun putting together different uniform colors! If you’re not into school uniforms, this could also be a work uniform, just a really good-looking outfit.

I have a new peeeceeeeeeeeee!!! It runs SL a lot better than my old system and can handle rendering sims beautifully. Being able to run SL with graphics settings on ultra and draw at 512 is so new and strange to me, but I’m loving every minute of it. And I can even do shadows!!!!!

I’m still catching up on a lot of blogging since this weekend was spent setting up the new pc and reformatting my old one (to give away). I had a couple of computer woes but I’ll live.

Shopping is such a pleasure now that I can rez everything super fast. <3!
