I’m repeating this entry on my own blog because I’m really happy that iheartsl.com has grown to be such a thriving community blog for sl-related content. For a spur of the moment idea that I had several months ago, I think it’s great that iheartsl. has surpassed the 112,000+ views mark!! YAY!
Happy Sunday! I remembered that I bought this beautiful Maitane (Pitaya) dress from Belle Epoque a while ago, and it was perfect for the coastal region of Quash – Mediterranee. The sleeves are so fluffy and big on this dress, making it a real statement piece!
I’m feeling like going darker today, so I wore the Kiss Me hairstyle from Exile in Swiss (Brunette) color. There are so many events and new releases this week, it was hard to pick which ones to show you guys first! I finally settled on this adorable new Polly Dress from Jane (for faMESHed) cos it’s very comfortable looking and perfect for lounging around the island.

These three new styles from Truth includes streaked versions, which seems to be something Truth is doing for more hairstyles (or most of them?). I don’t wear streaked colors often, but I like the option and I think others do too!

I have such fun dressing up in Sparkle Skye’s fabulous gowns. They’re always big & swirly and .. they *twinkle*!! I’m wearing the Harvest Faerie Gown, which includes the hair wreath, wings, and Rose Wand with glow or no glow version. I love Autumn, you can wear stuff like this and totally blend in with nature.
The gown matches perfectly well with the Miss Southern Belle hair from Exile.

Back in April, I became a Premium member for the first time in my 12 years in SL. I landed on a charming little waterfront home and decided to keep it. I knew my luck would not be better if I kept re-rolling for new homes.
Here we are, 3 months later, and so much has changed with how Linden Lab launches new sims. Instead of launching hundreds of sims at once, like they did initially, now only one or two sims are launched every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. At this rate, eventually everyone who wants a home would get a home, but not at a rate that’s fast enough to satisfy them. As you can see by this vent thread on the forum, they are more than a little upset. In fact, if you read the entire Linden Homes forum, it’s so overwhelmingly NEGATIVE.
