This latest release from Katat0nik is a 14-piece Dorothy dress set, which is the CUTEST Dorothy inspired outfit I have ever seen, and most complete. I love that every katat0nik outfit includes a cute frilly underwear since a lot of designers do tend to ignore the "glitch pants", so this is definitely something I’ve come to appreciate greatly.
