Let’s go camping! This adorable vintage pin-up style outfit is from The Secret Store. I am also wearing the The Be My Baby hairstyle from Exile. This month’s Collabor88 theme is called Resort, and the mood board indicates that it’s a retro resort style! I can’t get enough of this style in SL, cos it reminds me of the sweet stuff that artilleri made back in the day.
I’m also wearing these gorgeous Dorothy Heels from Ingenue. It’s available for the Slink ‘Kitten’ feet only. I like shorter heels in SL, but it seems that creators and maybe other residents, favor higher heels. These heels are a must-have for casual clothing, they’re also available in a bunch cheerful of colors.

Remember George? I decided to log on to my mAlt to check out the Avatar Welcome Pack, and I found the AO to be the only really useful item. The rest of the clothing required changing bodies, and I already have the Gianni Body from Signature. I’m quite pleased with my progress on George, even though I only dressed him once in December. Back then, I gave George L$10,000, and he still has a few thousand left. I decided to be frugal and took a quick glance at the FabFree blog for male items. I stumbled across a great tip about the L$400 store credit at Bron. Since I had never heard of Bron before, I decided to visit, and I discovered a lot of nice items there. I used the store credit to buy a new shirt. The Adrian Vest from Bron reminds me of Thomas Shelby from Peaky Blinders, so that’s the look I went for. I think George looks fantastic, and best of all, it was free!
Taking photos with other avatars would be so much better if we could pose them too. I struggled with this particular pose, but I managed to adjust Gogo’s pose, and it turned out well in the end. This pose is the 125 Couples Bento Pose from Hera.

It’s raining updates! LeLutka just updated lots of their mesh heads to version 4.0. You can see the full list on their Flickr page and get your free update! I wrote a blog post about Billie 4.0 when it came out in March, so check that out if you want to see what’s new.
Besides some minor HUD updates, the most exciting thing is the addition of another HD lips layer. Now, you can mix and match lipsticks and glosses!
If you like making shapes and editing faces as much as I do, this is like Christmas. I’ve updated my Avalon and Ubon faces to 4.0, and while I was at it, I tweaked my shape a bit too. Here you can see how each mesh head is very similar yet slightly different. The great thing about LeLutka heads is that even if you’re using the very first EvoX release, Avalon, or a newer one like Billie, they all have the same features.

Hair Fair 2012 is almost here! The above picture was taken in front of my iheartsl ad, yay! I’m wearing the newest Sea of Love hairstyle from Exile, found at the fair. I didn’t realize that some of the pearls in the head band were missing until I cropped this image in Photoshop! I hope you guys won’t laugh at my hair fail there, cos the hairstyle is adorable.
This year’s Hair Fair layout is “Zen Garden” themed, and super open and easy to navigate. There is also a large billboard on each sim with a list slurls for each of the 4 sims, so that’ll make finding your favorite hair shops so much faster.
Some designers have not set up yet, which made me super sad cos I really wanted to see what they have for HF!
