The new UBU Drunks by Urban Bomb Unit are incredible!! I'm a huge fan of UBU so I was so excited to see a new release and especially the new Customizer HUD which makes customizating SO much easier and more fun too! I'm truly amazed by the sheer number of options available, every part of this shoe that you see here is customizable with different colors and fabrics choices. Another perk is they are unisex! I've tried to make a variety of customs to show you that they really suit any mood – girly, army, gold (is that Burberry fabric I see?), and platinum!
In addition to the drop-down menu to change size, here is the new customization HUD. When you click a part of the shoe that you want to mod, it will turn red on the HUD. You can select several pieces at once to mod if they will have the same texture. This is genius…. I LOVE IT.
The attention to detail is amazing and everytime I get my hands on a new pair of UBU, I keep thinking they'll be the last pair I'll ever need. But with great shoes, one pair is never enough. I have every pair of shoes from UBU and I still get excited when there's a new release.

Voguel Skin
Are you into hyper-realistic skins in Second Life? I normally wear smooth skins without imperfections, but then I visited Voguel and found a new skin that’s just adorable, even with pores and freckles! The imperfections really adds character, and it’s not too much, it’s still very soft and pretty. I’m wearing the Voguel Mia skin in Chantilly 2 skin tone. This tone matches well with a Pink Fuel body skin, or you can wear Velour (but I have not found a Velour skin tone that I like yet).

Are my neighbors lagging me on Bellisseria? Yes, the more densely populated a region is, the more chances of lag increasing due to scripted objects running on the region and nearby avatars causing you lag. I’ll write a blog post about Avatar Rendering Cost sometime, but I don’t find other avatars to be a problem since I don’t render them. However, since I am living communally on Bellisseria, I do care when my neighbors are using an excessive amount of scripts on their land and increasing lag for everyone on the region. This is probably my favorite jewelry item that I’ve blogged in awhile. I received a notice announcing new releases from Pacadi Jasha recently, and the photos accompanying the notice were very photoshopped. Of course, I’m skeptical about the items being enhanced to look better than it actually is in-world, so when I tried on the jewelry I was so pleasantly surprised it is exactly as pictured. My photos are not as great as Pacadi Jasha’s ads but I think you can buy this product with total confidence.

MG Fashions has recently released some really great casual pieces that can be mixed-and-matched together and the colors are really soft and pretty. I’ve been quite obsessed with Nautical themed decor lately, so was really happy to see some Nautical tops and jackets that will compliment my mood if I ever get that yacht I want! (I’m still waiting for a nice drivable one and not the attach-to-your-avatar kind.)
This outfit is perfect for shopping and I love the matching Nautical Earrings from NoLabel. The MG Martina Sweater has a great sculpted neckline and sculpted sleeves.
I love skinny jeans, the textures and sculpted cuffs are great on these Dark Blue ones which are sure to become a staple in my inventory. Even virtually, I go for the ones that look like they are comfortable and will not cover my sexy heels!
This is the gorgeous long Nautical Coat in Slate Blue. I’ve come across a lot of nautical themed items in SL, but they’re mostly bikinis and short skirts. This is the first coat I’ve seen and it is fabulous!
