SLink De Jolies Mains
Sculpted hands are here! No more ugly avatar hands when you want to take fabulous close-up pics! I’ve seen previews of sculpted hands in progress from a couple of designers, but I do believe that SLink is the first to release a fully sculpted hand. These new De Jolies Mains “pretty hands” from SLink comes with 3 hand styles (flex, straight, curl) and a HUD to change nail colors, resize, turn jewelry on/off.
I don’t Photoshop my images so if you look closely enough, you will see a slight ‘line’ where the sculpted hand and avatar arm meets. I think that with the bracelet option ‘on’ it will be unnoticeable but with it off, this line is unavoidable. I am very happy with this hand because it’s realistic and matches the SL avatar beautifully. I’m just ecstatic to have a new thing to play with in SL that enhances my avatar’s realism.
My dress is the gorgeous new Svara dress from Zaara that comes with a sexy wrapped version (worn above) and a more modest less revealing version with more fabric underneath. I really like this dress, and I could totally see it converted to a bikini if Zaara made it shorter and a pair of panties to go with it. Svara bikinis anyone?

Kavar showed me these Europa wings (by Kazuhiro Aridian), so I made him take a picture with me! This store is new-to-me and the selection is small but every product looks amazing. I really want to get some of the fantasy avatars, too. I’m pretty much in love with the White Archon wings that I have on and Kavar has on the Nyxus wings in Crow.
I think we look better in Black & White (more dramatic) but the colored version of this picture is here too.

Meet my new pet everybody! The Steampunk Squirrel Companion from Ohmai is adorable!!! I looooove this lil’ guy, and his adorable aviator. There’s also a human sized pair for your avatar! YAY. I will wear mine everywhere.
This Pastel Teal hair color from Exile is stunning! The entire Pastels texture collection is really gorgeous, reminds me of frozen yogurt. I am wearing the Dream of Paradise hairstyle, it’s so regal and perfect. This amazing new Metal Corset Dress from Katat0nik is a departure from her usual Kawaii-inspired style, but I love it! This is so beautifully done and unique! I also love the matching Metal Bow!!

Dutch Touch a skin brand that has been around for awhile, and I’ve always admired Iki’s work because it’s top notch and she offers a lot of variety with her skin packs for a great price. I haven’t worn it a lot in the past because I felt that the skins were more suitable with Brunette hair colors. Even though some Dutch Touch skins have light brows options, they still looked more stunning when paired with dark hair.
I was pretty excited when I saw that Kiki comes with both Black and Blonde Brows. I decided to try the Blonde brows with my fav light Blonde hair color, and I think it looks alright. The skin tone is warmer than what I would normally wear with hair this light, but it makes a nice Summer look.
Kiki comes in 8 makeups, some are pretty casual and some are more dramatic. Each makeup also includes 2 cleavage options and hair base.
I’m amazed at how DIFFERENT it looks with Blonde brows vs. Black brows. The face is pretty and youthful as a Blonde, but when I tried on the Black brows and dark hair, I thought it was even more beautiful.
You know the saying “Blondes have more fun,” it’s NOT true in SL!! I think Brunettes have more fun because there are more fantastic skins with Dark brows than Blonde brows (very hard to find).

The Branch Mask from Chimeric Fashions inspired today’s look. I love this mask, the texture is gorgeous and fits perfectly. If you’re looking for some interesting masks, check out the Chimeric store in-world. I don’t usually wear masks, but I think this look suits me a lot. I’m definitely saving this in my outfit folder, so I can run around in-world like this all the time.
Where am I? I am at the Maresias sim! This sim is a city sim, with a few patches of greenery and a gorgeous waterfront.
