Even though I wear light Blonde hair often, I’ve been thinking of switching to a lighter Brown hair color, but there are just so many nice Browns to choose from!! I’ll keep searching for my favorite shade from all the hair designers, but so far the list is long!

On Sunday, I posted about the re-opening of KA Designs and mentioned a special freebie that would be available at the party only. Well, you're in luck! Kira Ahn has placed the freebie in her main store now for everyone. The theme of the party was LOST, so the free gift contains complete avatars inspired by the characters of the hit tv show: Kate (Evangeline Lilly) and Sawyer (Josh Holloway).

For a party freebie, this avatar is very well done and I enjoyed fitting my shape for the skin. I thought it was at least 80% accurate… I've tried to get as close to 'Kate' as possible with my shape but the lips were hard! 😛

This Catherine Cardi and Skirt set from Orphic looks stunning in a darker color, so I chose to wear this instead of my usual bright and pastel shades. I paired it with a strapless bra from AlaskaMetro to maintain a sense of modesty; however, you can wear it without a BoM bra if you prefer, as it will still cover the necessary areas.
In my search for the perfect backdrop to showcase this outfit, I discovered a region called CLAW on the Destination Guide. This area is filled with vibrant colors and dazzling lights, making it ideal for nighttime photography. The hues seemed to enhance the whole scene, prompting me to adjust my Heart Sunset EEP settings to create an effect reminiscent of a comic book.
As you know, I have been immersed in inZOI for the past few days, and I think my Zoi bears a striking resemblance to my avatar. However, dressing up in Second Life proves to be quite challenging, particularly because poses are not inherently integrated into the environment. It requires considerable effort to find the right pose to effectively communicate my style. There is much that Second Life could learn from inZOI; I sincerely hope they’re taking note.
That’s right. Those first Linden Homes from way back in the day (we’re talking over 15 years ago) are slowly being phased out. If you or someone you know are still living in one, you might not have even noticed the quiet little notices Second Life has posted about their closure. But when the regions eventually disappear, it’s sure to come as a surprise to anyone still hanging on.
To be honest, it’s time. These homes have had a good run, but it’s time to retire them. I fully support this transition because Second Life has given plenty of notice over the years. The first big clue came in 2019 with the launch of Bellisseria, the new generation of Linden Homes. They’ve now been around for six years, offering more prims, better designs, and a livelier community.
While there’s no official shutdown date yet, I personally think closing the old regions within the next 30 days would be fair. Resources are limited, and it doesn’t make sense to keep supporting outdated areas for just a few remaining residents. Thankfully, there are great alternatives such as Bellisseria, mainland parcels, or even choosing to go land-free.
I still remember when the original Linden Homes launched. Honestly, I wasn’t all that impressed even then. They served their purpose, but their time has passed. Their quiet farewell feels right.

Guess what? Hair Fair happens this weekend!! I am surprised that none of the hair brands have posted any teasers yet. C’mon HF peeps! Being secretive does not help your new release, cos we cannot oooh and aaah over them.
In the mean time, you guys can go burn your Lindens at LaGyo, which has just released a pretty large collection of jewelry and accessories. I’m loving the color-changing Kenya multi-strand beads necklace! Each strand is scripted to change color individually, so you can mix-and-match the perfect combination.
I colored my necklace to go with the new Summer Breeze Skirt and matching Belle Tube Top from Hucci. This skirt is really long (on me), I wish there was a shorter version or some shorts to go with the tube top. I don’t really like long flexi skirts cos it hides shoessssssssssss.
I’m totally wearing Black eyebrows with light Blonde hair. I typically match my brows to my hair (as best as possible) but I really love the contrast here. Does this look alright or is it too different?
