Curio is back!
Welcome back, Curio! After a long hiatus, Curio is back with three new skins and seven new skin tones! Each skin comes with one standard brows color, and bonus brows colors in the megapack. I’m wearing Nadia, this skin is my favorite from this release, cos the brows are fantastic and the face shading is really fresh and lovely.

These new skins do not have appliers for the SLink hands and feet! For myself, that is a must have with any skin that I wear since I won’t take off my hands and feet, and I’d like them to match!

BAX Leather Belt
BAX has just released these sculpted leather belts and they’re scripted to change so many individual parts! Each belt has 3 colors scripted into the menu.. for example, the White belt has Pink, White and Off-White included. The belt is also scripted to change the metal to Gold or Silver, and change the buckles to any custom color you want. And if you like glow? You can set the glow intensity too!
If you own a pair of BAX boots, you’ll know just how much scripting goes into BAX products. These leather belts will match the Prestige Leather boots perfectly. <3

White Picket Fence
It may be freezing in many parts of the States this week, but in SL, the weather is always perfect for whichever outfit mood you’re in. I’m in a Springy sort of mood today, so I put together a vibrant outfit to pose against the new White Picket Fence pose prop from Glitterati (now at the new Kateyland sim).

SugarCube has just released the adorable new Goldfish Dresses. The colors are bright & cheerful, and I totally love the sheer and goldfish-y looking layers in the skirt.

There's a $250L join fee but, you get a single natural makeup in ALL available skin tones!!!! Shown above are Pale, Fair and Sunkissed skin tone, they're all lovely but I can't decide which works best with Blonde hair. I think Fair might be my favorite one for Blonde hair, but I also like Sunkissed since it's Summer! These come in Blonde, Brown, Black, and Red brows, but I hardly ever wear Blonde brows with Blonde hair, since it washes out the entire face, unless the skin tone is very light. I think these work best with Brown brows, everything matches so well ~ I could switch to a different shade of blonde? But I totally dread having to modify an entirely new hair color.

Mesh eyes have arrived! To my knowledge, these new Mayfly mesh eyes are the first that I’ve seen on the grid, and it is wearable with your regular avatar, just like texture or regular prim eyes. I tried on the mesh eyes, and used the built-in scripted menu to re-size the mesh prim to fit my avatar’s eye and also re-sized the iris smaller.
I rezzed the mesh eye prim to show you what it looks like. As you can see, the mesh sculpt is shaped similar to your avatar’s eyeball, so the fit will be perfect (and not different from your regular texture eye). It’s really easy to wear, and does move naturally with your eye.
These are some of my favorite colors from the Mayfly (Deep Sky Eyes) series. Grab a free wearable pair of demo eyes at the main store if you want to try these eyes!
I noticed right away that the mesh eyes have more texture clarity than the regular texture eyes. Of course I still love some of my favorite texture eyes, but this is new and pretty cool! Also, you can wear two different eye colors, too.
When you’re at the store, be sure to buy the smaller prim that’s labelled “Buy Mesh Prim Version of Above Eye Color” for the mesh version — the top one is just the regular texture eyes!

Im a guy that likes switch back between guy and girl in world.. more of a shapeshfiter but i like to shop in world and come up with various looks… i’m always checking your blog for stuff. I keep it on my blog list to make sure it’s the first i see every day i log on. Keep it up!

Yep I’m a guy who actually has a guy av. It’s amazing I know right? I mean look at the poll. More then 2x the males have female avs, then males with male avs. It just goes to show that it is hard to be a male in sl. But yep to answer their are some guys that read the blog, about 45-50 according to the poll if you count the cross dressers 😀
