Vroooooooooommm!
All of my friends joke about dressing up their Second Life “Barbie” but NOBODY has a Barbie house or car, until now!! Moo Money made my day this morning by pointing me to the Sweet Bunny shop who sells the Barbie House, Barbie Car, Barbie RV, and tons more Barbie goodness to come. I purchased the items in-world, but you can use XStreetSL too.

OMG! Sim Gogo is sooooo cute, I wish I was good at playing the sims! I bought Sims3 last year, but found it really difficult to play cos I kept trying to do SL-controls in the game, and it didn’t work LOL!
I saw a referral to my blog from Landie’s Sims tumblr site, and I found a couple of my looks from SL that she recreated for her sims, and they’re amazing!!! LOVE IT! I’m so happy Gogo is a stylish sim 😀
And since I don’t how to leave a comment on tumblr, I thought I would blog about it here. I love what you’ve done with your sims Landie! You could probably make really cute SL avs too!
LeLutka – Gem (Base Skin) worn here without (left) and with eye bags tattoo (right)
Here’s a preview of the upcoming LeLutka Gem skin that will be released this Friday. If you’re a fan of the Kit skin released about two weeks ago, you will love Gem! Between Kit and Gem, I totally adore the Gem skin on my shape more, though the face is similar.
Have you noticed more skin designers are selling “skin packs” now, rather than selling individual skins? LeLutka has moved towards this direction by selling packs of skins that includes all the options so you can wear it alone or as a base and purchase add-on makeup packs to customize your look.
LeLutka – Gem (Light Brows)
LeLutka – Gem (Dark Brows)
The new Gem skins will be sold in two packs of four makeups each. Each pack also includes a base skin no makeup so it can be worn underneath add-on makeup packs very easily. Included with each Gem skin pack is two brows (Light and Dark) version, Eye bags tattoo (I love this so much!), Breast Enhancer tattoo, Blonde and Dark hair base tattoo, and a pair of sculpted LeLutka 2011 lashes/curl.
This pack of 12 tattoo lipsticks for Gem are sold separately, but they may work on Kit and other skins too (demo first!).
I’ll try to show the other add on packages at another time, but they’re absolutely stunning! There will be eye gems, fancy feather lashes, and eyeliners released on Friday as well.
What I’m Wearing:
Vive9 – Fredja (Dust&Sugar)
R.icielli )Mattori III Poncho (Green, hunt item)
Mon Tissu – Lou Lou Denim (Used)
G-Field – Flower Pumps “Eve” Black
I missed the LeLutka Ultra fashion show yesterday, but I heard it was fantastic. These are some of the outfits featured in the show. I’m a huge fan of the more casual outfits, but I’m not sure I like the single prim sculpted long gown. I like my gowns to have movement, but that’s not possible yet since we don’t have flexible sculpts.
If you went to the LeLutka show, what were your favorite outfits? Would you wear these outfits out of the box or mix-and-match?
Brighten up your Tuesday with some new releases from Elate, Glow and AtomicBambi!
These adorable Joy dresses from Elate comes in various colors & they're just so easy to wear. I like them with flip-flops for an ultra comfy look.
Glow Studio released some nature-themed earrrings if you're looking for something to acessorize your outfit. I love jewelry inspired by nature or using natural materials, it feels better for the environment.. even though that really doesn't apply in SL 😀
Last but not least…
Atomic will be releasing these Baily skins soon. I think this new face is something to look forward to, I like it a lot more than the previously released skins. The nude lipstick is especially worth the $250L I paid to re-join the Atomic VIP group in-world. If you're digging these, pay the fee (unless you're already a member) because gift makeups are not sold in store later.
Oh yeah, I love my AtomicBambi headband!! These are scripted to change colors on the headband and the flowers. It's a dozen headbands rolled into one, for the price of one 🙂
What I'm Wearing:
Atomic Skin – Baily_Honey (VIP Gift 2)
Truth – Belinda (mocha)
Truth – Tanya (mocha)
Elate – Joy Dress (Ice, Blush, Mint)
AtomicBambi Headband – Geneva
Glow – Pure Shellfish, Sparrow Earrings
Glow – Round Mosiac Earrings
Glow – Folk Green
Glow – Folk Blue Moon Earrings
Glow – Folk Forest Earrings
SLink – Jolie Pied Flat Bare Sheila Thongs (comin soon)
Exile has just released two new hairstyles — Gossip Girl and Naoko. I love the curls on Gossip Girl. Exile has been releasing some really amazing curly styles lately and they’re a pretty rare find in SL. Naoko is a punky hairstyle that I may not be able to pull off very well, but it would look great for as a Punk-ish unisex hairstyle.
Nardcotix is fast becoming one of my favorite places for pumps. These new Ashoka T-Strap pumps are amazing; how can anybody not adore plaid shoes? The Red plaid pumps are my favorite – they’re so totally festive and perfect for this season.
What I’m Wearing:
Gala Phoenix – Petal [Dark] Elf-Fire Engine 1
Exile – Gossip Girl (Harlow)
Fishy Strawberry – Norwegian Wood Knit Sweater(Chimney Hunt)
Nardcotix – Ashoka T-STraps (Red)
Tiny Bird – Black Sheep Boy | Have You Forgotten
Brrrrrrr! My avatar is getting ready for chilly Autumn weather with cozy cardigans and adorable beanie hats. Tiny Bird has just released two short new hairstyles that includes a color-changing Beanie! I really love the short wavy curls on the Have You Forgotten style, I wish it came without a beanie too *hint hint*!
It took me awhile to come up with my outfit today cos I simply could not pick which color cardigan to wear. The new Reek Papercut Cardigan is unisex, includes collar, collar with hood down or up, and two sleeve options (regular & rolled).
What I’m Wearing:
Tiny Bird – Have You Forgotten (Platinum Blonde)
Laqroki – Nellie 05 (Fair) Glow Skin
Zaara – Mishi Tank (Ivory)
Reek – Papercut Cardigan (Coal)
Decoy – Dana 76 Jeans (Black)
Kookie – Nyox Boots (Noir)
I love mine! I also bought the barbie rv;) We’re spoiled virtual barbies!
I love the first house, tbh… I have been looking for one JUST like it in-world. Could you tell me where you got it at?
haha that’s so cute <3
♬ I’m a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world…♬
Thankies.
