Elikatira releases three new adorable hairstyles, two at the main store and one for TDR Blue! I love these hairstyles, so lovely and casual.
Check out this new Little Suede Dress from Fishy Strawberry! I think the texture is so realistic and fantastic. I’m normally not a fan of “nipples” drawn onto clothing items, but I really like the effect on this dress, it’s very subtle and oh-so-sexy! I’m also wearing the Echo headpiece (white crystals) from LaGyo for an extra princess-y look.
I’ve been wearing the new Edith shoes from Nardcotix for a week now, and I just love the color choices! I’m only showing less than of of the colors available cos they’re so many to choose from. The HUD is scripted to change size, skin tone, nail polish colors, and more.
The sculpted foot on this is lovely, and the HUD is very easy to use. I know a lot of people struggle with skin tone matching, so grab a demo first and be patient 🙂

It was a 50L Friday item, but it may be available in the store now (or later). I’m not too sure if 50L items are exclusive or not, so you’ll have to double check!

The new AOHARU Fur Coat is amazing!! It’s so fabulous and divalicious. The sculpted shape of the coat is really nice and the “fur” texture is great, it really looks soft and cozy. I am pairing it with Luck Inc‘s Petite Net Dress in White and yummy new Tatum.2 hair from Friday.
Everybody loves free skin right? Even though sometimes FREE skins are not so nice, I thought this one was worth a mention. I am wearing the free skin Fhaya “Glossy” skin from OH! It’s pretty cuuuute. You have to join the group to get it, so tp to the shop and click on the sign to join the group and click on the gift boxes in the shop to receive it.

Briar Wings
If you don’t get excited about a nice pair of wings in Second Life, can you even call yourself a resident? Even though I own all types of wings, from angel wings to fae wings and even wings made out of branches, I still get that little spark of excitement when I find a new pair I don’t already have.
These Briar Wings from Sparkle Skye are currently at Midnight Order. They’re made with delicate branches, tiny pearls, leaves, and strands of twinkling lights that you can turn on and off. I don’t really know where I’m going with this look yet, but I’m honestly just so pleased that they match my dress perfectly.
And can we talk about skins for a second? Why are there so many good ones being released right now? I’m extremely picky, yet I just fell in love with the new Bryce skin from Glam Affair. This skin has some of the nicest lips I’ve ever seen. I honestly wish I could get the default lips on a tattoo layer so I could wear them with everything. Aida Ewing, the creator of Glam Affair, has also been absolutely killing it with the brows. I don’t usually love default brows, but lately I’ve been loving all of them. I still wear the tintable version though, just so I can make them light brown.
Even though I’ve already added enough of Izzie’s tattoo layers to make this skin perfect for me, I still tried on another skin anyway… and of course I love that one too. I’ll save that for the next post. Stay tuned!

From time to time, I see fellow bloggers expressing frustrations that designers don’t comment or acknowledge that their items were featured on a blog post. I know designers are super busy creating, but not all designers are completely aloof. There are plenty of designers who will take that extra effort to ‘thank’ their bloggers, by simply faving a picture on Flickr or leaving a comment (anywhere). I favor designers who pay attention (to me), more than those who don’t. I like attention, and if I know that you’re paying attention, I’ll make more of an effort to feature your products.
Oh my god, the secret is out!
Here’s my tip for designers — want to get blogged more? You have to either create stellar stuff, or pay attention to people who do blog you. Or pretend that you do pay attention. Try this for a month, and I think you will see that your coverage on blogs massively increasing.

I love autumn landscaping in SL so much! It’s so beautiful, cozy, and colorful. I hope that residents in SL don’t rush towards snowy winter landscaping too early this year, so we can enjoy a longer virtual autumn season and not rush right into Christmas. My hair is the Looking Back style from Exile, for We Love RP, accessorized with a headband. I am wearing the new Sydney Booties from Ingenue in Nutmeg color, which matches perfectly with my belt! I love when I’m able to match colors from different brands together.
