Truth – Roxana, Josephine, Tabatha (in Swedish)
Yes Truth has new hair, but that’s expected! I honestly think the grid might melt if Truth didn’t release new hair every week.
But what I really want to talk about today is this t-shirt. Wilma sent it to me awhile ago, but I’ve always felt that if I wore it, some people might get the wrong idea that *whispers* I really think I’m a Princess or something π
And besides, princesses don’t swear!
It was brought to my attention that my writing is “not professional” because I use “cos” instead of “because”, and all I have to say to that is, if you’re looking for The New York Times, click here. KTHXBAI!

I actually reacted on your use of “cos” just the other day. I don’t think there’s any need for bloggers to write super proffesionally but I believe they better write so it’s easy to read or they’ll fail making an attractive blog. Too many “cuz”, “4” and whatever will make them look lazy and as if they don’t put any time on the posts nor respect their readers.
Yet I haven’t seen such a blog, luckily.
One thing, Gogo, can’t you make a darn colorful blog post? No white (Swedish blonde.. Jaja, silly “blonde” when it’s just a shade of white;)) and no pink π I know you use dark hair to skins which suits the best with dark hair but then you tend to wear something pink.. It’s your personality but I so dislike pink and I’m tired of the Swedish Blondes so.. One post perhaps? π
Where is the princess t-shirt located ?!? Thanks =)
I’m just hoping you will tell me where to find that t-shirt & shorts…love em’ both.
Opppss pardon my slang…
I’m not entirely sure what to say. I mean, your writing is generally fairly casual, and for the most part you do it very well. So I’m not really getting where someone hating all over your way of writing might be coming from.
That said, I honestly think that the written word should be treated well even when speaking casually – I’m fond of spell check, proper grammar, and a well structured post that conveys information in a tidy, succinct manner. I don’t think that anyone needs to write a blog about Second Life like they would an article for the New York Times (which isn’t free of all grammar issues itself ;D), but I can see where excessive slang might rub people the wrong way. Still, that’s not present, so I don’t get it.
I don’t think that the subject matter (virtual or real) has anything to do with the professionalism level to be expected, but I do think that you’ve established yourself as a fairly casual writer early on, so people shouldn’t expect War and Peace from you in every post.
It’s your blog, write it the way YOU want to write it. If people don’t like it, there’s plenty of other blogs out there for them to go to.
And for the record, I like when you showcase blonde hairstyles, COS we tend to wear the same shades. And pink rules. π
