Join the Truth District Update Group and check notices for more info. I’m a total free hair whore, so of course I fought the lag to get this but omfg, the group chat was annoying. The only reason I never stay in groups that has chat enabled is cos I cannot deal with all the constant group chatter! If there’s a question, it’s probably answered in notices, please do not ask over and over and over where to find x items! *pulls hair out* Oh yeah, I totally had to leave that group. ‘Til the next group gift, of course.. 😛

In case you missed the big announcement, KA Designs is now called DEKADE. I visited the Dekade sim and I just looove the new build and beachy city style. I’ll probably visit this sim frequently for in-world fashion photography.

Hello everyone! The lastest Winter collection Belgravia and Leverocci includes some very adorable pieces of clothing and accessories. It was difficult to pick which color of the Alice Coat to wear, but I finally settled upon this Blue color. To accessorize, I chose Red accessories, to match the Belt and Sleeve detail on the coat.
Leverocci – Flatiron Heels & Messanger Bag (the incorrect spelling is deliberate, I guess?)
The Alice Coat from Belgravia also included a HUD to color change Metal, Leather Sleeves, Belt, Sleeve Detail, and Fabric Sleeves. I found this coat challenging to wear cos the bottom of the coat is very tight against my body, and it was almost impossible to find any mesh pants to fit underneath. Most texture pants/skirts will work perfectly fine, or some very small mesh pants with a low waist.

Uber Vacation

What is UBER? It’s a new monthly event in SL, with a different theme each month. This month’s theme is: Vacation. Most designers in SL interpret that as a beach vacation, and I couldn’t have been happier. I am loyal to the easy, breezy, beachy lifestyle in SL!

The Luxuria intimates line is part of 5th & Oxford brand and recently launched this past Sunday. I saw a teaser of the Luxuria brand about a month ago, during 50L Friday, when the adorable petal pink Olaenka set was on sale. As someone who adores panties because one, they’re so cute and two, they fit everyone perfectly minimal adjustments (if any at all).

Luxuria needs a new logo and after spending hours and hours designing this new collection, my mind is not in the right space for creating a new logo. I don’t want to settle for something that I will not be happy with long term and decided to take up a suggestion from a blogger – have a logo contest!The winner will get 2000 lindens and the entire collection of Luxuria lingerie – every color of every design in the opening collection.I think the name of the brand says a lot about what I want in a logo. It needs to be modern, luxurious, elegant and upscale. I want it to say the brand is cosmopolitan and fresh and that’s what the logo has to portray. Although specific colors are not required, it would be helpful to remember that store colors are black, white and light pink.So some rules:
1. The Aspect Ratio must be 3:22. Your entriy must be submitted to Roslin Petion by 11 PM PDT, October 4, 2010.3. Coffee & Doughnuts…this is what popped into my head when Elle found her way into this Tea house located at The Village & BarDeco. Even though I haven’t had a doughnut in years, the idea of taking a bite of scrumptious glazed doughnut – gently fried to perfection and lightly coated with the sugary glaze – kept filling my head while I took this photo.
I honestly can’t remember the last time I ate a doughnut! You see, I have been blessed *cough* with Celiac’s Disease and therefore I not supposed to eat any gluten whatsoever! Well…I cheat…but I am selective with my cheating (LOL): Pie and cupcakes are my Gluten Achilles heal and, well….Bagels. You can get a marvelous gluten-free cupcake – but bagels?? Forget about it!Any who, that’s all I got for now. Yeah short and sweet for me but it’s Saturday and I need to do laundry in Real Life.
