I love my new blog theme! I’m using DMS by PageLines, it stands for Design Management System and it’s the best theme/framework/dms that I have ever used. I’m so glad I made the switch, cos my old theme, Thesis 2.0, while it was fantastic for the past 3+ years that I’ve used it, the latest 2.0 update was clunky and confusing.
At first glance, you may not notice much of a difference, cos I’m still using the same layout structure with a larger banner image, two columns, right side bar, etc. The biggest change is on the back-end, where I can Drag & Drop everything on this theme, making it such a breeze to add new content. Also, my site is now responsive!! If you’re reading this on a tablet or a mobile device, please let me know how you like it! 🙂
Welcome to my Country Chic Dining room from LaCahute! After a few years, I’ve finally updated my dining set, and I’m so in love with this French country-inspired set. I’m keeping this for a long time, cos it matches the rest of my home perfectly. Gogo lives in a French country/beach/retro home LOL!! I like it all, and I try to blend it all together.

Hello from the Bumble Bee Cafe on Aurelias! I’m wearing my favorite outfit of this season, the Neve fluffy hoodie from Lunar. This fluffy hoodie texture is excellent, I’m so impressed with the texturing and the HUD. Lunar is a brand to add to your wardrobe, they have lots of sweet and sexy offerings.

After being teased all week with coming soon notices, Entente finally opens to the public with a large range of items mainly geared towards men in SL, but there are a couple of things for the ladies too.
If first impressions are important, I was definitely impressed with the build upon entering. The interior textures are amazing and so realistic and the displays are very well done. I liked that the build was spacious, and really easy to navigate.
I spent too much time taking pictures of everything, that I didn’t get a chance to grab demos of all the things on display. From what I’ve seen, this brand has a lil’ bit of everything — and probably lots of room for new products.
Men’s hair! None for the ladies, yet.
More of the build! I hope I was able to rez all the textures correctly, as I was crashing quite often and had to re-rez the entire thing each time.
There is an Opening Gifts package at the store filled with a couple of goodies in both Femme and Homme versions. The gift bag is not there anymore, sorry guys! I’m wearing the Sebastien Glasses and Saile Tee from the package. I love these glasses, they’re beautiful and the scripting on the HUD to change textures & size is flawless. I did notice that this top has nice sculpted sleeves, but the seams are so-so; while the stripes are lined up pretty well, it does look unfinished without some shading along the seams.
With any brand in SL that is a group effort, I’ve noticed that some designers in the group have more skills than the others.
I have no idea who the main avatar(s) behind Entente are, but I have a couple of guesses! Who do you think is behind this brand? I heard it was a collaborative effort between a few established SL designers.

Exile has a good mix of men and women’s style this year so be sure to check it out. This Venus style is an instant favorite for me, so I have to feature it first! The hair flowers are scripted to color change, and it’s just so damn sexy.

The only problem with an item being full perm is that someone can buy one, modify it and spread it around to their friends. Of course, to obtain the original it would be pricey, but an abusive user can further depreciate the value of that item by distributing it to other people.
