I made some poses to give away for Juicy’s 3rd Birthday event, which ends tomorrow! This is your last chance to grab these for FREE. I wanted to do some three finger poses ,but SL has limitations… so there’s a lot of two and and four finger poses… um, enjoy 🙂 They’re suppose to be cutesy but my friend said these are like gang signs, lol!
Also, I am working on a new website project called COLORS. If you’re a designer, please take a look at the about page and email me your color chart (I will love you forever, really!). I plan on expanding it to include other categories but I can’t think of anything else that is as consistent as hair colors and skin tones. Suggestions are welcomed! 🙂
LeLutka is back with a brand new build and two sims full of goodies!! In addition to new apparel and acessories, there are new London Revolution skins which are more vibrant than the previous London skins. It's BEAUTIFUL! I'm a total skin nut, so I've been waiting patiently for the full release of these London Rev. skins AND they do not disappoint!!!

Like the other skins at Lelutka, London Rev. includes three different brows ranging from light to dark. There are 8 makeups total for each skin tone.
Everything worn in the picture above is from LeLutka, even the shoes!! Aren't the clothes lovely? Beautiful texturing, great colors and great for mixing and matching. I'm wearing entire 'looks' put together by the experts at Lelutka, since I'm lazy lol!
Sexiness ahead!! I’ve only been waiting forever for the full release of these skins! MMS London is the latest fashion capital named skins released by Minnu Palen and it is my favorite face up to date!! I wear so many different skins, I don’t even know which is "me" anymore but these could be the new "me" cos it’s so pretty.
I’m just a Second Life resident. I’ve been blogging and playing this game, virtual world, whatever you’d like to call it, for decades. I grew up on this platform. I’ve taken thousands of snapshots over the years, raw, unedited, unfiltered. But I’m also the kind of person who leans into new tools, so of course I’m excited about using AI to enhance my photos.
Even when some designers push back loudly with “don’t feed my creations into AI or I’ll ban you from my store,” I can’t help but roll my eyes a little. They can’t ban the entire world. They can’t control what tools residents use in their own creative process. You can ignore the noise and keep using whatever tools you like. What feels insane to me is the hypocrisy. Big brands in Second Life, the ones making a living here, get a huge pass when it comes to AI editing in their ads. They’re showing AI hair, AI clothing, AI bodies, AI environments, all polished up to entice us to buy. That’s fine.
But when a resident retouches a photo with AI, the same residents who are actually spending money and keeping this world going, suddenly we’re untalented pariahs destroying creativity or causing water shortages or whatever the dramatic take is this week. The double standard is wild.
If you like this photo, yes, I edited it with ChatGPT Plus. I pay $20 a month for it. I also pay for Adobe Creative Cloud, Krea, and a bunch of other tools because I genuinely enjoy pressing buttons and seeing what happens. It’s still my photo. It’s still my avatar. I just gave it a glow up.
It’s raining updates! LeLutka just updated lots of their mesh heads to version 4.0. You can see the full list on their Flickr page and get your free update! I wrote a blog post about Billie 4.0 when it came out in March, so check that out if you want to see what’s new.
Besides some minor HUD updates, the most exciting thing is the addition of another HD lips layer. Now, you can mix and match lipsticks and glosses!
If you like making shapes and editing faces as much as I do, this is like Christmas. I’ve updated my Avalon and Ubon faces to 4.0, and while I was at it, I tweaked my shape a bit too. Here you can see how each mesh head is very similar yet slightly different. The great thing about LeLutka heads is that even if you’re using the very first EvoX release, Avalon, or a newer one like Billie, they all have the same features.
The Magic of Oz sim has these cute little food dispensers thing near where I rent my shop. I wanted a piece of plain toast, but the dispenser gives you a random food item for 20L. Sooo… I got Charred Toast first 🙁 After the second try, I scored a piece of Strawberry jam toast, but that’s good too!! Mmmm.. The toast has a HAPPY face!
I’m playing around with PS this morning, since I’ve just installed a billion brushes, courtesy of Ryker Beck 🙂 When I reinstalled my PS a few weeks ago, I lost all my brushes so yah… sadness! But I’m happy again, I’m so easily pleased 😛
Went on a small shopping spree yesterday. One of the items I got was this new skin from JM:Mai. It’s sooooo cute.. I <3 you JM:Mai Skins!!! I’m wearing the Byeol skin, but there are at least half a dozen different skin lines at the shop.

Why is it that out of all the designers that gave things away, sometimes creating them just for this specific event, your poses are the only thing to be “featured” on Juicybomb?
With cheLLe, Juicy, and Poseur (all I know of) – this blog is starting to sound more like a place for self-advertising, and less like a place for SL fashion. It’s a shame, because I really do enjoy your entries when they aren’t so blatantly self-serving. I can understand a few now and then — but lately it’s been a bit much IMO. Especially when there is so many other designers that deserve some recognition for their contribution to your event.
On a side note, I think the COLORS project is pretty cool.

Gogo: I have the utmost respect for you, your brands, and your blog. Please allow me to clarify. While I personally think that over-self-advertising on a fashion blog is distasteful (not that I necessarily think you are over-self-advertising), you have all the right in the world to do so — whatever the motive may be. What bothers me more is the fact that you’ve made no mention of the designers that went out of their way to create and/or provide gifts to your readers and sim visitors for the birthday event.

In previous years, I have had time to post some of the goodies but I’ve just been feeling really swamped lately. I do appreciate everyone on my sim that has taken the time out and participated though! I’ve seen some wonderful coverage from other bloggers in SL so I think I can let this one slide…
