Pose Fair 2012 opens at Noon SLT today! I flew around the Pose Fair North and South sim for a bit yesterday, and it is huge! You’ll probably have to visit several times to see all the new props & poses, and of course, demo them all!
My PS skill (or lack thereof) prevents me from doing really fancy editing, so when I saw these new pose props from Nuwiggles [click this link for a direct TP to Nuwiggles], I thought they were so clever, and just what I needed to enhance my blog photos. I especially love the Lookbook prop box, with changeable backgrounds and textures.

While uploading my photos to Flickr today, I noticed that they have linked to Aviary, a new photo editing site that replaces Picnik. If you haven’t heard, Picnik is closing on April 19th! I tried to edit an image using the new Aviary features, and it was alright, not as complete as Picnik.

I have an Aviary account from ages ago, but I don’t think it is as complete as Picnik was (so sad this is closing!). I’ll probably use Photoshop + PicMonkey and a combination of all these other programs for my blog photos after April 19th.
Do you know of any other online photo editing alternatives that should be included in this list?

Have you ever looked back at your older shapes and thought, why did I think that looked good!?
I’ve had a couple of those moments throughout the years in SL, but my most recent shape disaster moment came when I realized I didn’t really like the downturned corners on my mouth anymore. I fixed it right away, but I was careful not to make it smiley mouth! I guess I like a neutral expression more than something that looked unhappy or psychotic.
Did you have any shape disasters in SL? What was something that you use to like, but now you don’t?

It feels so good to finally get into the Top 10 in the Bellisseria Trick or Treat event! Last year, I came in Top 35, but I thought that if I had just gotten a few more candies, I would have been in the Top 10. So, my goal for this year was to try to collect all of the candies by going to all of the homes. I got 283 candies on the first day, and by day 7, I had 771. I found out that some of the top 10 winners only had 700 candies, so I could have stopped looking last week. I didn’t want to lose again, so I kept looking and looking until the very last hours last night! In the end, I had hundreds more than I needed to win but I still wasn’t sure I had won until Derrick Linden sent me the bears! <3

Let’s have a holly jolly Christmas! I started decorating my beach house last night by putting up the Christmas tree. The tree I’m using is the Ultimate Christmas Tree from Razzicle. This tree boasts 3+ billion color combos, so you’ll really be able to match it with your decor. Everything on the tree, from the star to the decorations and the rug, is color changing. It’s frustrating not being an individual who can log in easily. I’ve missed many a subscribo goodie because of that. Just the same, I’m glad there are some fun, new colours available.
From the minute I seen Tamina, it was love at first site! Cleo is super cute too (got the free hair) I was rocking it in the orange/reddish color with black streaks for halloween 😀 Truth is so awesome!
*chortles* I actually had the gift waiting for me when I logged. Yes, I’m a dork. 😀

I cannot find the new color pack in the store. Finally though, coolmint used to be my haircolor of choice in SL!
