Yum….yum yum yum yum. I’m taking a brief break from fair coverage to bring you Truth’s latest release this week. They’re all so adorable, and I really like the variety this week. If you’re looking for something long and flowy or a short updo (perfect for gowns!), visit Truth!
Back in February, I blogged about the new LAQ Era2 Mesh Head and highlighted some of its exciting new features. One standout was the Supreme UHD skin, boasting a higher resolution that truly impressed. Recently, while browsing through Flickr, I stumbled upon a breathtaking ad from LAQ showcasing their new Elvae skin. The shine and texture of the skin looked absolutely amazing—I simply had to try it!
One thing I love about PBR (Physically Based Rendering) is the enhanced shine on skins in specific lighting conditions. It adds a level of realism that’s hard to beat. I’m hoping more skin designers will explore PBR and update their processes to offer us a wealth of lighting add-ons.
After tweaking my shape to match the Elvae skin and the LAQ Era2 Elle mesh head, I was blown away by the realism. It could easily be mistaken for one of those popular mesh people rezzed around Second Life or maybe even resemble characters from the upcoming inZOI game.

Oh Chloe, you’re irresistible. I’ve been having issues with my SL eyes popping out of my head (SL glitch?), so I’m wearing Chloe’s eyes again. Iris wrote a great review of Chloe over at NWN, and included links to reviews done by other SL residents too. If you still think we all look the same, look again! I think my Chloe doll has a Gogo flavor, and is different from everyone else!
Check out this new Beyond the Waves hairstyle from Exile. It’s so lovely, and can be worn with the color-changing flowers or without. I’m also trying a new hair color today — Mahogany, instead of my usual and darker Swiss color. Exile also has some gorgeous Pink fades, I promise to make a look with some pastel hair colors soon!

The LOLO Pet Shop has just released these adorable tiny Mesh Birds, and they’re just my kind of pet in SL. These birds do not need to be fed, they don’t need attention (petting, playing), and you can’t even breed them! Just buy one bird, or a few birds (if you want to collect all the colors) and watch these lil’ darlings fly around you OR set it to perch on top of your shoulder.
The LOLO Mesh Birds is scripted with these functions: follow fly, follow walk, roam small, roam, roam large, fly, sleep (reset), chill, walk, rename, and name display.
These birds have transfer permission only, so they’ll make a great gift but you’ll have to be careful not to lose them!

Kicking off this weekend with my first Bubblegum Weekends challenge post, by showing you the whole outfit this time. LOL. I put together this look with “kawaii” in mind, so I pulled out a couple of new and old accessories. I am wearing one of three new hairstyles from Elikatira – this Garden hairstyle is ADORABLE. The color-changing headband and loosely braided pigtails is to die for.
This look would not be complete without the adorable Chibi Wing-Sparkle from Pink Fuel, Apple Rings, from Addict, and Gloria Wedge shoes from Nardcotix.

I have too many bunny costumes but I always enjoy getting them from different creators because they all interpret it differently. Many designers go for 'sexy' with lots of cleavage, like the Playboy Bunny costume. This year, so many people are giving away bunny costumes that are really nice! We've been spoiled by holidays… <3 Easter.
Little Heaven is giving away two bunny costumes this year, one for the Bunny Hop Grid Wide hunt which is hot pink and another one that not many people know about, is stuffed inside the Lucky Chair. It's called the 'Special Bunny' costume and only available inside the LC, not sold in-store. This costume includes a fishnet bodysuit, bunny ears, heels, collar, arm band, leg band, and a tail. If lucky chairs are your thing, this costume is worth the wait.
A friend of mine tp'd me so I didn't have to wait around long, but if I didn't have this costume already, you know I would be at LH stalking the chair. Since this costume is all black, you can wear the pieces all year round or mix-and-match with other items.

Regrettably, Truth Hawks has chosen not to participate in Hair Fair (for the 2nd year in a row, aw!) but has 5 new adorable hairstyles at Truth main store, and an additional freebie at the satellite store on new Truth District mall sim.

The only reason I never stay in groups that has chat enabled is cos I cannot deal with all the constant group chatter! I got the Annika style from Truth a few days ago. It’s my favourite style by them now. It’s gorgeous. I got the Larissa style, which is also incredible, but always wanted more length without having to go anywhere but Truth. So I’m glad Hawks has created Annika. It’s perfect.
