Hello from Vivara! I found this amazing new game hall that has both freeplay and skill gaming areas. It’s trussed up like a resort (and even has a poolside lounge!), so you can hang out at the luxury bar, go see a show, do some shopping (coming soon!) and take your friends to play Greedy and MooLoTo.
The other day I watched a Greedy tournament at Vivara and saw someone win 10k. Ten thousand lindens! That’s a lot. Maybe I should ditch my canvases and go be a professional gamer?

I’m wearing the Sunny mesh head from Genesis in this post! I wish it had expressions so I could wear it all the time. However, it’s a great gift head and awesome for making outfits with. As for a more permanent head to wear, I did find one, but you’ll have to find out next post what it is.

Philip Linden is unmistakable with his signature hairdo and classic attire. I had the chance to sit in on his lecture on re-inventing money, and it was interesting. He discussed a utopian view on how money could be distrubuted more equitably to improve society as a whole. The way Philip commands the virtual stage of Second Life, moving closer to his virtual audience, adds an impressive layer of engagement. During the Q&A session, he approaches avatars who ask questions on voice chat and faces them. His ability to project stage presence through his avatar and engage residents was quite remarkable.

It’s funny that you’re talking about Donna Flora today cuz I just got the Reine gown you talked about back in January. Took me a while before purchasing it but I’m glad I finally did, it’s beyond gorgeous!!
I really hope they are up for sale in her shop after the fair too. My RL sometimes will not let me get to all the fairs. But I really want one or two of those. 🙂
