I broke my own rule this weekend: the one where I vowed to stop buying clothing designed for regular Maitreya. This time, I couldn’t resist the L$75 Angie Dress from Belle Epoque, part of the weekend sales. It’s frustrating that designers don’t often fit older items for LaraX, even for sale items. While switching bodies isn’t a huge hassle, it’s still something I dread doing.
One fantastic thing about Second Life is how mirrors have transformed fashion photography. Now, I can show you both the front and back of items effortlessly, without even needing Photoshop! Even though my inventory already holds hundreds of short dresses, I had to have this one. The Angie Dress gives off a seriously sexy side-boob vibe and looks a bit like a sultry apron—totally irresistible!

I had my heart set on this Oktoberfest set from Erratic for The Arcade, especially the Barvarian Dirndl. The dress is awesome, however the included socks did not come with an applier for the SLink Physique body, only the SLink’s foot. I do hope there’s an upgrade, although unlikely, since it’s gacha, how would the creator know who to send updates to? Still, I would love to have been able to wear the socks!
My beautiful Day The World Went Away hair is from Exile, for the September round of Uber. The theme this month is Apocalypse, but this hair could work with casual outfits too. I’m rocking it in my beer garden.

thank you. i have some add on hair peices i bought from lelutka a long time ago but could never find the matching hair bases. only on the skins. i wonder if they sell them in tattoo layers now?
doh! i didn’t realize they DO sell them in the skin section (who would have thunk it! derp!) and i bought them.. yeah the hairs are old “news” but new to me, now haha.
