Yay Polka Dots! This Blue Halter Bow Romper from G-Field was a group gift from a few weeks ago. The for sale version has a color-changing bow, but this one does not. I like the style a lot, I might pick it up in a few other colors.

All Groovygirl hair features a resize menu, which is kind if a pain to adjust hair. This might be good for new & inexperience players who prefer a menu but most people would like to resize/mod hair themselves using the traditional SL menu. But try the demos, if it's cute and you think you can work with the resize menu, buyyyy it!

I have a confession. When I saw this Kylie Jenner skin posted to Flickr, I didn’t demo it cos the ad is morphed, and doesn’t really appeal to me. I’ve already had my fix of celebrity inspired skins (Redgrave, circa 2007). I saw that Alicia tried on the skin and posted about it here, and I couldn’t believe how terrible it looked in-world! I also can’t believe people gave her grief about it, blaming her shape/windlight, etc. YOU KNOW WHAT? If you can make that skin look good, you’re a miracle worker — you should actually perform miracles for a living. Photoshop miracles, that is.
My look today is inspired by one of Kylie Jenner’s teal hair phases. I love it!

Torn (by Torn Difference) is a new-to-me brand with lots of mesh clothing! I tried on a couple of items that I really liked, and they fit pretty well. I finally chose this Marie dress in Berry color cos it has a cute hoodie (not very visible in my pic, sorry) on the backside. I think this brand has a lot of potential, the way they shape the clothes is definitely sexy but I really do not like that the mesh items are invisible/transparent on the inside!
I die a lil’ on the inside when I try on mesh items that are not lined cos they look horrible in pics! Dearest designer, please line your mesh items so they’re not invisible on the inside. It’s really noticeable!
Other than that issue, I like what I’ve seen so far from Torn (or House of Torn).

Stunning… Tuli Bella skins will be released Friday, November 6th!
There are 10 makeups available for each skin tone, 3 brows and 3 cleavage choices. I really like the diverse makeups for these skins, I love it when designers use tons of different colors so you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth with a fatpack. The same lipstick color with different eyeshadow is BORING! That’s not worthy of a fatpack purchase – but Tuli’s does them all differently and I really appreciate that. <3
These makeups are stunning, and one of them is called Gogo (top image, middle). All these makeups are named for people in SL, so it was kind of interesting to see how Tuli interprets each one of us through her makeups.
