I’ll admit to being a snob about template clothing in SL, but I absolutely love this Romance Tunic Dress from Toxic. Sometimes, template clothing can cuter than an original creation, and more inexpensive! I paired the Mint colored dress with the new Collide hairstyle from Exile (available at faMESHed).

I went to [this place] to get sexy new pumps, but their landing point pissed me off, so I will not be naming what [this place] is today. Maybe tomorrow, cos I’m cranky like that.
I secretly really want to wear prim nails all the time! But they don’t look good with all ao poses and still poses. I was wandering around [this place] and the first thing I saw was this prim nails vendor. Yet another thing I don’t need but totally want anyways.

The nails from [this place] comes with a Nail HUD to change nail polish color and there’s a ton of colors to choose from, as well as natural french manicures.
I like that they included different hand sizes – 20, 30, 40, and 50, but WHO has hands that are sized 50??? They should have started at 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 maximum. I typically wear hands @ size 15, but will change it to 20 to fit most prim nails, but I won’t go larger than that.
Anyways, [this place] has nice nails. But they need to stop forcing people to land at the wheat field and then force them to walk to the shop by disabling fly. (Yes I know we can turn on admin options to fly, but still…)

My outfit is so sparkly, thanks to the new Sequin Cardigan from Mon Tissu. I’m pairing it with the Westbury Mini (it’s mesh, also from Mon Tissu) and the Glitter Peeptoe Pumps from SLink adds a lil’ more sparkle. I don’t typically wear Yellow with Olive, but I must say this is a fantastic combo.

Brrrrrrrrr! It’s still cold outside, so I’m dressing my avatar up in something cute and cosy from Sweetest Goodbye. This new RPG2 jacket is available in Check, Patch, Hound Tooth, and Plain texture. The jacket is sculpted, modifiable, and also includes a resize script.
This RPG2 jacket will probably work with a variety of looks, but I chose something more casual. I think it looks great with a pair of 1929 Cigarette Denim and Provence Riding Boots from Mon Tissu.
A couple of really sharp readers have asked me what skin I’m wearing in my recent posts, but I’m not even sure I can tell you guys yet? Oh well, I hope Minnu doesn’t kill me…! This is a work-in-progress unnamed skin from LeLutka. It’s gorgeous, isn’t it? I think this skin will be an instant favorite once it’s released.

A Clockwork Spiral is open! Visit this event from September 18th – 22nd to get some amazing styles not usually seen at other events. I actually don’t know much about Steampunk styles, but there are lots of Brown/Sepia tones!
I’m wearing the lovely High Society top & skirt from MV. I don’t know what the MV stands for, but I think the outfit is so darn cute, and you guys know I barely ever wear long skirts! This outfit needs a longer alpha for the sleeves, cos I wore the size S top, but my elbow shows through when it’s bent (you can still kind of see it in my picture cos I forgot to fix it in PS).

Gala Phoenix (Curio) will be releasing released the June skins later today and they are so beautiful! Brunettes will love this release, because the brows are darker. Each June makeup includes light and dark skin, as well as two versions of the makeup colors. The body has also been updated with a bare 'down there' option, you'll have to try on the skin to see what I mean; it's perfect for bikinis!

The makeups for this release are some of the best I've seen from so far. I love the variety of lipstick colors and yummy soft eyeshadows. There are a lot of makeups from this release that I would wear on a daily basis.
These are so beautiful I couldn't stop myself from snapping a bunch of pictures! I'm wearing the gorgeous Zaara 'Vishaka' Pink sari, and the matching Zaara 'Nizam Head Jewel' which will pretty much match everything at Zaara's shop.

Unfortunately the lag at Fameshed made it impossible for me, I managed to grab a few things, including this hair, but damn it was harsh.
Anybody have any tips on how to reduce the lag?
I turned my draw distance right down, was that good?

One of the things that has helped me the most is turning down the amount of avatars I render, and turning down the graphics settings like shadows. Draw distance is key, though!
