This is a preview of the LOGO Infinity Sadie Hybrid Mesh Avatar. I don’t usually like to tease, but I’m sure you’ll forgive me cos this face is gorgeous. I’ve anticipated the release of Sadie, ever since I saw the poster at LOGO’s main store. I’m a huge fan of the previous Chloe face, so I gave Max a ton of feature requests/feedback, and he magically incorporated all of them into a brand new HUD!
Sadie is a new face, with small pouty lips, more makeup options, more facial expressions, and the ears (3 sets) are now separate attachments.
I adore the new slimmer HUD, as shown above. When not in use, the HUD can sit on the side of your SL screen and not take up space. I also like being able to select ALL of my makeups with one single HUD, instead of 3 separate HUDs before. The arrows are for add-ons, so if you buy more makeup options, you can just drag the script into the HUD and it will automatically update.
I will let you know when Sadie is released at the LOGO main store. Are you excited about this new face?

Hello Garlic Breath at Melee Island! I went back to Hair Fair, just to get this adorable freeRoyal Crown from ISON. Nothing in my inventory matches the crown, so I bought this gorgeous Ornate Dress from Pixicat. I’m super impressed with this brand, it was my first time shopping there. The shop has a small but lovely collection of role-play items and casual pieces too. The prices are also super affordable! This dress was $400L, and includes a HUD to change the skirt fabric (9 colors) or turn the skirt off and wear just the corset.
Role-play style is not something that I do very often, since I’m not even as good at it as Arica! She’s amazing, check out her blog. Her wardrobe is so different from mine, and so fantastic that I want to steal all of her gowns and pretty things!

SLink has just released these sexy new Sydney Overknee boots!! The leather texture is soft & detailed, and sculpted zippers & buckles totally adds realism to the boots. I’m wearing Black but these boots also comes in Soft Red, Purple, Champagne, Chocolate, Gunmetal, Pink, Red, and White. So many colors to choose from!
Ding Fotherington got me hooked on this Darla hairstyle!!! I saw it on her Flickr this morning – it’s a free group gift from Alli&Ali Designs. I’m wearing the hair with full bright turned off (cos full bright is disgustinggggggg……)!!
Close-up of my new awesome U&R Dogs Ballet ring. The rings are no-mod but there’s a script to turn full-bright on/off. I’m wearing the OFF option, yay for choices. I’ve griped about this brand in the past for having full-bright jewelry, so I’m really glad they’ve installed the script to turn full-bright on/off.
I went to the Ozimals sim preview, it was fabulous!! I’m going to start with my favorite spot first.. I forgot what it’s called but it had a great Alice in Wonderland style party area full of cakes and tea/coffee? YUM!

Let’s talk a bit more about the new Ridgewood Enclave Commercial shops.
It’s clear that Second Life is still learning and refining things as they go. Since launch just a few weeks ago, we’ve already seen several covenant revisions, likely to better serve residents and clarify expectations. Personally, I’m fine with the rules as they stand, and I plan to keep my current shop long term. I’m Premium Plus Lifetime, after all. I’m not going anywhere.
When I first blogged about these shops two weeks ago, I was settled in a different region with my friends. We hadn’t planned to move. These shops are always in high demand, and being together matters most to us. But when new regions released last week, an opportunity came up, so we decided to move together. We abandoned our shops and claimed new ones at Plaza Mercantile.
I couldn’t be happier. We’re together again, and this time the region has a central pool and plenty of parking, which makes it feel even more complete.

I don’t have huge commercial ambitions, but I do enjoy having a shop in Second Life. For me, it’s less about business and more about shared experiences with friends. Right now, that experience just happens to be setting up our shops together. From the start, I knew that our enjoyment would depend on clustering near each other so we can promote and support one another. Unlike Linden Homes, where location can be everything, Linden Shops feel more about community than coordinates. That said, I still wanted both. Great neighbors and a beautiful location. I feel like I’ve found that here, and I don’t plan to move again unless a new theme is released.
Tonight, I spent far too long learning how to properly drive and park my cars in front of the shop just to get photos. The 30 minute auto return is honestly a bit tight. My car kept disappearing before I could even take a picture. Still, I love the idea of being able to park outside. It adds so much life to the region.

Even with the current demand, I don’t think Second Life should overdo it with these shops. Yes, they’re incredibly appealing, especially since they’re free with Premium Plus, but part of what makes them special is their scarcity. If there are too many, it risks turning into a sea of empty storefronts, and no one wants to be in a dead mall.
Right now, my region feels active and lively, partly because I’m blogging and sharing it on social media. But maintaining that energy across many regions is another challenge entirely. The Lindens and Moles will likely have their hands full enforcing the covenant, so they’ll need to balance expansion with sustainability.
One last thought. I still think these shops should be placed a bit farther from residential areas. Not everyone wants the glow of a neon storefront outside their bedroom window.
This outfit is bananas!! B-a-n-a-n-a-s! I love the fresh Yellow & Green combo, and pairing colors I don’t normally wear together. You guys know my love for pinks, pastels and florals, but I find myself being drawn to bolder colors lately! I especially love this gorgeous new Skyla Ruffle Sleeve Tank from Teefy. Mon Tissu is on a roll with this gorgeous new Bloomsbury Trousers! The fit is gorgeous, and the length is perfect for showing off gorgeous shoes (or flip-flops!).

What would be super awesome cool, is if this had more unnatural skintones too, or a way to change the skin RGB style to suit any skin. I have a fantasy RP alt who has a silver/blue skin, and I know shed look AMAZEBALLS with this face!

I was demo’ing the first head, but was a bit put off by the yellowish tone in the skin. I know you customized a Pink Fuel skin for it, but I have not had time for such. I need a ready to wear from the box.
Oh yeah, I wore PF body with a tintable tattoo layer over it, but the match isn’t exaaact. I am not a huge fan of the LOGO body either, but I’ve been wearing it lately, cos I didn’t want to deal with the line on my neck, lol.
will Chloe be updated to have the same features as Sadie?
I have chloe and the more I wore it the less I liked the eyes, they just have this weird unfinished shape and the eyelashes, although updated, still don’t attach properly, they hang out away from the shape with no way to edit them back into the proper position.
You can see the issue I have with chloe’s eyes clearly in these preview pictures of Sadie as well, the inner corner of the eye is just not shaped well, it doesn’t meet up properly, instead you see this long line of the inhumanly perfect pure white sclera which is also very strange!
The face itself is pretty enough, nice lips… but those eyes are just not right IMO : /
I do love the ability to change makeup and expressions with a click, however as you pointed out, the HUD’s for Chloe take up far too much space and cant be minimized. Do you know if there are any plans on an update for Chloe’s HUD’s cuz that would be awesome?!
I didn’t like the eyes with Chloe either for the same reason as Raya. I also didn’t like the skin tone/shadows on the face or body. You can’t see that in your pics but in world you can.
The eyes look really pretty from a distance, but when I zoomed in really close on one of the pictures above, the 2048 x 2048, I can also see what you mean. I couldn’t help thinking that Gogo adds on lashes better than that. Sorry 🙁
On the other side, I can buy a fatpack pf skins and wear it just a few weeks, so maybe I finally give in and buy this hybrid. The eyeliner in the closeup was to die for!

What I would love to see in the new Sadie head is 3 things and if not Sadie the next gen. a system for gestures to change expressions. color match by RGB and partial head mesh Some rigged mesh hair just don’t fit… I would love to be able to alpha out some of the head for smaller tightly combed hair.

The thing about these “Hybrid Mesh Heads” is. “The underlying shape” If you went and used your shape instead of one of the provide shapes everything will be out of alignment for the head is perfectly matched to the shapes provided. My plan is to use Max’s shape just for the head and adjust everything from the shoulders down to my current shape which means writing down a lot of shape slider numbers but this will be the easiest way to get your new “Hybrid Mesh Head” to work with your shape.
Hello, I was just wondering if there are more facial animation for LOGO Sadie, like more intimate facial expressions, and if not! are there any plans of a future updates?

Hi Marianne! No, I don’t customize any skin for it, cos it’s no mod/not possible with the LOGO head.
Wrong wording… I seem to remember you made an overlay for the PF skin so it should match the head?

I ask max to incorporate some black lipsticks for goth looks. I hope he did!
