Twins Gogo, OMG!!
If you follow me on Flickr, my favorites page has a lot of things I want to buy/will buy. I fav’d this Vintage LOVE Sign from Seven Emporium days ago, and finally went to pick it up last night. It’s GORGEOUS, I Love lights!! If I ever get bored with fashion (never), I would definitely focus on Home Decor cos there are so many fabulous new brands emerging.

Every year, right before Thanksgiving, Black Friday deals start rolling in, both in real life and in Second Life. I always think to myself that maybe I should’ve bought less throughout the year, because by the time the sales arrive, I already have everything I wanted.
This year, I made a deliberate choice to buy slowly and only buy things I’ll actually wear right away. If you’ve been in SL as long as I have, you’ve probably bought everything twice or maybe five times already. I found the sweetest holiday accessories just by searching my own inventory. Most of what I’m wearing today isn’t new. Some pieces I bought years ago and never wore or blogged.
With how the economy is going in real life, even if you’re personally unaffected, it feels smart to scale back a little and get more joy out of what you already have or pick up items you truly want when they’re on sale, not just because they’re on sale.
The thing with Black Friday in Second Life is that it’s not that exciting anymore. Everything’s already on sale all year. Brands also exclude newer releases from the sale, sometimes the last three months of items, so there’s not much of a deal for anyone who shops often like I do.
I’m trying to have the longest Christmas ever in Second Life, so as far as I’m concerned, it starts now. The holiday season’s here, and I’m fully ready for twinkling lights and vacation.

Stunning… Tuli Bella skins will be released Friday, November 6th!
There are 10 makeups available for each skin tone, 3 brows and 3 cleavage choices. I really like the diverse makeups for these skins, I love it when designers use tons of different colors so you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth with a fatpack. The same lipstick color with different eyeshadow is BORING! That’s not worthy of a fatpack purchase – but Tuli’s does them all differently and I really appreciate that. <3
These makeups are stunning, and one of them is called Gogo (top image, middle). All these makeups are named for people in SL, so it was kind of interesting to see how Tuli interprets each one of us through her makeups.

Want to know a secret?
Only two people in SL can get me to try or blog new things, one of them is Mochi, and the other one is Kavar. So if you ever want something blogged here, bribe those two to wear it on their vendor ads, cos they make everything look good!
For months, I have resisted buying a mesh mouth, cos I simply didn’t need it. I still don’t, but I couldn’t resist buying the Nyam Nyam mouth cos Pink Fuel released the best appliers for them, along with the new Doll v2 skin. This skin only comes in one skin tone, but it’s great for that porcelain doll look.
I thought the Nyam Nyam mouth was just ‘okay’ — the mouth is rather frowny, too wide, and hard to fit. I photoshopped the seams out of these pictures, but that’s an issue with any add-on mesh attachment, not just with the mouth. I still think it’s cute enough for pictures only, and hope that an updated version will include more shape options (neutral lips please!).

I don’t know why there are so many fabulous outfits at this Token sim, but it kiiiiiiicks butt!!! If you have a job that requires wearing business attire (land baron? csr? fake ceo?), there are lots of pieces in these that will mix-and-match with other items in your inventory for a posh look.
CUPCAKES has just released the new Seduction skins! Each skin tone has 10 makeups and freckles version. I chose the Cameo skin tone because I like the light tan but also because the brows are brown. Depending on which skin tone you purchase, the brows will be either brown or black. Brow options would be something that I think a lot of people would want, even more so than freckles.
I really like all the makeup choices, but especially 'Natural' since I love it when skin creators do the 'fresh-faced' look well. The lips on these are gorgeous! Here's a close up photo:
