I logged in today to find two lil’ surprises from Azure. She sent me the Fawn and the Ducky Spring Babes from Birdy/Alchemy, and omg, they’re animated! Second Life animals have come a long way from the prim chicken. These are fantastic, and so well done.

Hi! It is always a pleasure when Hamlet links my site cos then I get a whole new group of readers (mostly people who don’t follow SL Fashion).
I’ve been drowning in new releases this past week, and loving every minute of it.
Truth has just released four new hairstyles — they’re pretty awesome. I am wearing Jacinta, Charlie, Skyla and Audrey, all in Chocolate Brown. The Skyla is a great short bob, there aren’t enough in SL. Though I favor longer locks, I really dig this new shorter style — it works great for sculpted coats (like the one I’m wearing).
Speaking of coats, the new AOHARU Tweed Feminine Coat in Houndstooth is a dream come true!!! I don’t have this yet, so I really excited to see that Machang had made this in a variety of colors, including PINK! I’m wearing the coat in Black to match the Pacadi ‘Zahra Puff Dress’, also in Black.
I’ve been slacking with the credits and a reader called me out on it. I’m sorry guys I won’t do it again LOL!!! All the credits are below 🙂

I finally got around to trying on the Doll v2 update from Pink Fuel! This update is free if you already have the regular Doll skin, just go to the store and click on the re-delivery terminal. I am most excited about the new LOGO mesh head applier! It’ll work on all current LOGO mesh heads, but my favorite is the Alex mesh head (worn here).
The pastel brows are perfect for Spring/Kawaii styles!

Zooby launched the new Bear Builder Game this past week, and it is so easy to play! This game enables you to create your own Teddy Bear by combining two existing bears to create a new Teddy Bear with (even more) special traits.
To play the Bear Builder Game, you will need at least two Bear Balloon Rezzers, one Bear Builder Box, and one Teddy Battery.
Once the Bears are charged and ready to go, you can click the Bear Builder Box and select two Teddy Bears to go inside it. Within minutes, the box will create a brand new Teddy Bear with more traits! The new Teddy Bear arrives in a Red Balloon that you have to click to pop.
I named my two original Teddy Bears Brownie, and Latte. The original bears only have one particle effect: Rainbow, but their new baby, has four. I named the new baby, Mocha. Mocha is scripted with 4 different particles effect, has 3 dances animation, spin, Baby hugs (works with your Zooby Baby), and turn the t-shirt on or off.

If I wanted to, I could now take Mocha, and use the Builder Box and another Teddy Bear, to create a totally new bear with different traits.
Each bear has a list of traits that include Fur, Eyes, Particles, and Size. There are Basic, Deluxe, and Supreme catagories for each trait. Your goal is to build a bear with all supreme traits by combining bears in the box. Bears do not have a gender. It’s rare that I stumble into a store for the first time and just know that they’ll be one of the most beloved brands on the grid, if they aren’t already. I felt this way at Spellbound today. The store’s decor matches the brand name, the vendor ads are appealing, and the hair packs are sold inside cute bottles of potion! I only wear a small handful of favorite hair brands, but I can already tell you that Spellbound is at the top of my short list.
I went to the store to get a F*ckn Cute COokie necklace, but ended up with adorable hair too.

Thank you SO much for not just blogging these but making a freakin’ video of them! I’ve been wondering for a long time if these mesh pets were worth the price, but with lack of demos I admit I was not taking that leap no matter how many bloggers raved about the store. I see now that their stuff might be something to take a second look at.
