There is a new event to promote Japanese creators in SL, it’s called Creation.jp! I went to get this adorable nautical-inspired dress (top & skirt) from G-Field. This is an exclusive color, not sold in-store later. The event is small, very easy to navigate and shop quickly. I also bought something fruity and adorable, I’ll wear it next time!

Second Life is incentivizing residents to log into the mobile app daily for some free Linden dollars. This limited-time program is called Linden Reward Streaks and is only available to Plus, Premium, and Premium Plus subscribers. On the first day, you can claim L$15, then L$20 the next day, and so on. The amount resets after seven days. Is this worth the effort? Yes, it’s free money. After a whole week of streaking, you can purchase an outfit during the weekend sales.
I have an iPhone 15 and the mobile app still rezzes like…. blobs. Hopefully Second Life is getting the metrics they need from this program because Mobile App is still terrible.

Penelope
Wings were a staple for new SL residents back in the day! I wore all types of angel wings and fairy wings. I don’t wear them often these days, but when I saw this Penelope headpiece from Astralia, I instantly fell in love. There is a HUD included to change texture so it’ll match so many things! The shimmery texture on the wings reminds me of gorgeous wings from Fancy Fairy that I wore years ago. Did you know that the creator of Fancy Fairy went on to create wings in real life for Victoria’s Secret? Absolutely amazing.
I am wearing the Joylyn Dress from Fishy Strawberry. This way this dress and headpiece matches is just a happy coincidence. I love when things from different creators goes well together. My hair is from Exile, and shoes from Ingenue.

One Bad Pixel just released a new collection of bikinis, tops, and pants separates. I just love the fabric on this Saloni Wrap Top and matching Saloni Pants. These two items can be mixed-and-matched with the assorted colors available, but I chose to wear both in White to make a pretty outfit to go with my gorgeous Maya Necklace from LaGyo.
