Blush
I’m ready to waltz around the garden in this gorgeous Blush Dress from ANE. The dress features a sheer and classic version, and a HUD to change the colors of the dress and leaves. I’m wearing the sheer version in a soft lilac color, with silver leaves. The sheer version of this dress has tiny mesh holes, it’s not just a sheer texture. The dress also shimmers in different lighting cos of materials. I rarely ever notice materials, but it’s pretty breathtaking when it’s done right.
I changed my skin again! I’m wearing the new Judith skin from Glam Affair. I’m glad to have a few new skins to add to my skins rotation.

I haven’t ever shared these Windlight Settings before, even though tons of people have asked! Please enjoy them, and let me know if you like them!
A lot of people don’t know this, but the direction that your avatar faces matters when using a Windlight Setting made by someone else. When I am on a pose stand, my avatar is always facing SOUTH, and the blank prim background is behind me. All of these settings were created with Ultra graphics settings, but they’ll work for lower graphics settings too. If your picture doesn’t look exactly like mine, it’s probably due to having a different graphics card & graphics settings.

To install, locate this folder on your computer and copy all of the Windlight Settings there:

Update: Thanks to everyone who have downloaded or blogged my Windlight Settings!! I have noticed that some of you guys are using it for in-world scenery photography. When I created these, I didn’t pay attention to the sky color at all, cos it wasn’t visible with the prim background behind me. Some of the skies are dark/brown/black, so if you want to use the settings outdoors, take a moment to adjust your sky! 🙂

Luster, the new brand from Lo Jacobs (formerly Church of Luxe) is incredible. I’ve been watching teasers all week with anticipation, and the items are even more incredible in-world and in color! I am wearing three of several newly released outfits.

I adore this Tulip Riding Hood, and incredibly, it’s a FREEBIE!! You can get a free copy at the Luster main store (find the vendor on the wall). The hood includes a scripted version so you can wear it up, or down. It was so hard to find a hairstyle that would fit neatly under the hood without having to stretch it too much. I finally settled for the Juliet style from LeLutka.
If you go to LeLutka in search of the hair, don’t forget to pick up this gorgeous new LeLutka Ife ‘Haiti Editon’ skin. It is only $500L, priced well below the usual price for a single skin. Here I go…. I don’t review many of these “celebrity” skins because the sources are most likely not legit. There, I said it. Many people refuse to wear a celebrity face but places like Redgrave, Glance cater to these looks and there are tons of you out there that WANT to look like Beyonce, Doutzen, Devon, Adriana, or whoever.
I’m wearing the newest release from GLANCE skins, it’s the Doutzen line. I’m guessing this was named for Doutzen Kroes (the model) — the face looks a lot like hers. These skins at first glance are pretty decent – I picked the least grainy of all the new faces to review here. The skins have issues (seams, grainy) but they’re overall “nice” — nice enough for a $4,000L fatpack splurge? Sure! I did. I’m not saying I will wear these all the time, but I will wear it sometimes.
Doutzen comes with 10 makeups and no options. I wish there were different brow options, or something else.. maybe cleavage options? Shown above is 6 of the 10 makeups available and the skins are only available in this skin tone. So if you like light-tan, then this is for you.
The body is pretty smooth and decent, I think that this is Doutzen version 2, so it’s much nicer than version 1 (which I didn’t purchase because I thought the quality was too poor).
I am a perfectionist though, and I noticed this massive leg seam! Yikes.
