Hello from the Coffee Bar! I’m creating a small town to serve as the backdrop for my blog photos, starting with this charming Coffee Bar located inside a Madison Shop building by Sovereign, which you can find at Anthology. These buildings are perfect for a small shop in Second Life or as part of your town building kit. I’ve always dreamed of having my own little town for photo backdrops, so I’m eager to see what else this brand comes up with.

Another cool find from this round at Anthology is the Bias Crossbody Bag by Tomasu. This bag comes with two HUDs – one lets you change the text on the beads, and the other allows you to customize every accessory on the bag, including the bag itself. I’m really impressed with the HUD; it’s clear that the designer is skilled because you can customize this bag in countless ways. This bag also includes a template to make your own photocard!

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on my style in Second Life. What is my style? While I occasionally enjoy dressing up in historical outfits, casual attire is what I gravitate towards. I picked up the Blair Oversized Sweatshirt from Cold Ash at Kustom9, which goes perfectly with the Lia Boyfriend Jeans, also by Cold Ash. Exciting news – they recently updated these jeans to include LaraX! I bought them last year and barely used them, so it was a pleasant surprise to find the update, especially since the brand didn’t announce it. I wish more Second Life brands would let customers know about updates because I had almost forgotten about this brand since it was tucked away in my “old Maitreya body” folder.
