Retro is a popular genre with SL creators, and a favorite genre of mine. This newest Lady hairstyle from Truth Hair goes well with any retro look, it even features a variety of sweet retro bangs.

Let’s talk about this week’s Virtual Secrets. It has been over a decade since someone found me interesting enough to make a secret about me, so let’s talk about everything regarding this secret.
Linden Lab created a competitive environment, where they would only release one region at a time, so all of the homes are immediately snapped up within minutes. The best time to roll for a new home is during a new release and/or rolling-release (massive release of a new theme).
To add on to this stress, every premium account only has 5 abandons per 24 hour period, so even if many homes are available, you are limited in your chances to try. And unless you are rolling the minute you watch a region release, it’s incredibly hard to target a region.
When you are a Linden Homes enthusiast like me, you make some GoH friends along the way, these are the people that you run into all the time, on pre-released regions cos you both want a home on those regions. It’s true that I have a few Linden Homes, many of them I rolled during a rolling-release, and few were given to me by friends.

I’m not usually a dramatic hat kinda girl, but I totally fell in love with the Vessel Headpiece from LaGyo. I think this hat is part of the LaGyo Mademoiselle collection, a very feminine and gorgeous new jewelry and accessories line. I’ll show the other pieces at another time cos I got distracted when I tried on this hat! It was instant loooove at first sight!!

I wish more designers would released gorgeous frilly gowns that are more like, something you’d imagine Marie Antoinette might wear. I can’t think of anything recent except for Donna Flora’s Reine gown, which I wore and loved. I’m thinking this hat would be a great addition to any girlie pirate outfit (I haven’t seen many of those either). Someone please make one? In Pink and with frilly pants? I promise to wear it if it’s hot!
While everyone is going gaga over skin fair, I’ve decided to wear one of my favorite skins from Laqroki. This Vilda skin was released back in December, so a little over a month and a half ago, but it’s still “newish” and so very pretty!
Exile has just released the Giselle hair and it is adorable!! Giselle has a braided hairband and a side ponytail with a couple of smaller braids mixed in there. I have added a couverture mignonnette hair flower on the side, but any hair flower will do. If you love this hair, visit Exile! 🙂
When I’m not exploring SL, I really just stand around in my underwear in-between blog posts! It’s a really easy look to put together, and it rezzes fast. I bought this Junkyard Barbed Headband from TheAbyss two years ago, and never found the right occasion to wear it. As I was digging around my inventory for a headband, I stumbled upon it, and it seemed like a good fit for today’s look.
I’m wearing ultra sexy Siren (Red) lipstick from Pink Fuel. Mochi released this as part of her Femme Fatale Series (Alyx) skin for The Costume Ball. I’m not wearing the skin, but if you’re a fan of Alyx, this is a chance to collect another makeup, since the full skin is still unreleased.
