Gacha is making a comeback, but this time, the items inside the gacha machine will be NO TRANSFER. I can hardly believe that Linden Lab thinks this is a good idea! If you’re a fan of gacha items, your best bet is to stick with the MiePon version. It not only reveals what’s coming next but also keeps items transferable.
Seriously, what’s the rationale behind NO TRANSFER gachas? They seem utterly pointless and downright predatory. Why would anyone want to pay multiple times for something they can’t trade? It raises some serious questions: Why are some brands on board with this? Why would anybody play no transfer gacha machines?

I loved the thrill of receiving gifts and sharing my extra gacha items. So, in the spirit of Gachas, I truly hope that Second Life merchants will think twice before opting for NO TRANSFER gacha machines. Such a stance will undoubtedly come off as greedy to the average shopper.
There’s already an event returning with NO TRANSFER gachas. Are they serious? Who actually asked for this?

I don’t play gachas. If there’s something I want, I’ll buy it on the MP and pay less than I would have spent trying to ‘win’ it in a machine.
I am not a die hard gacha fan but I do enjoy sharing extras with people or being able to pickup items for friends. I am NOT going to spend my money on a non transfer item, especially if idk what tf I will be buying. What tf do they expect people to do with extras? No one asked for this. Who did they even consult before making this decision?
Honestly SL just seems to being going down the drain. This is just another new change that makes the game sh*t.
Thanks for saying it! its so ridiculous and it ruins those of us who had a dignity entry of a lil money by reselling gachas and we never did something wrong and we were an important role on MAKING MONEY FLOW, by selling and buying and spending inside SL. Nobody will buy those notransfer items unless is an egoist that wants to wear what other will not be able to. I know LL has to deal with real laws but guys come on.. i will stay with the system The Arcade event created.
