One of my SL friends, Alicia Chenaux, is now a Twitch streamer, and she occasionally receives gifts from people that watch her stream. I think it’s so nice that the Twitch community shows their appreciation of each other by giving real-world gifts, not just in-game things.

How can Second Life residents show their appreciation for each other outside of Second Life? I’ve been researching some platforms used by online content creators, and here are three that are a good start.

I went to the Arcade to specifically play for the Movement Grab and Go set. I needed everything here cos I love holdables/wearables and anything that’s juicy (aka fruits). Now that we’ve officially entered ‘the holidays’ months, I’m adding lights and festive decor to my home to celebrate the most wonderful of the year. Do you decorate for the holidays in SL?

Say hello to Chloe, my new Shih Tzu from Rezz Room! Isn’t she darling? The animations are to die for. What is one thing that you always rez at your homes in SL? For me, it is dogs! I looooove them.

This Chu-ing Academy top is a little boxy around the shoulders, but I got the entire outfit on Marketplace for less than $100L. It’s a cute enough style, even if Chu-ing can be a hit or miss brand. I never buy any outfits with built-in hands (so weird!), and Chu-ing is one of several brands that tends to do it.

Spring is coming! I am at The Secret Garden, it’s a gorgeous garden full of flowers and springtime loveliness. Unfortunately, it is inside of a sky dome so there is no natural lighting, so I couldn’t get any shadows in my photos.

I’m really drawn to traditional clothing around the world, so when I saw this Breath of Spring dress from CHU-ING at The Arcade, I kept playing until I won it. I normally don’t go for clothing gachas, but this dress is so cute! The dress includes a color-change HUD so I can wear it more than once.

I am also wearing the new Polly hairstyle from Truth. I love these side-swept bangs, they’re the perfect length so they don’t clash with my lashes. The hairstyle also pairs well with the Breath of Spring hair pin from CHU-ING.
