I chatted with Elle Couerblanc a few days ago, and I asked her what her goals were for her blog. She said, at least 300 views per post. That’s an achievable goal, so you guys should send her some blog love! And also add her blog to your reader, she’s a fabulous blogger and one of my favorites. She also did my Twilight Inspired Look blog challenge!
Twilight fans, where are you?? Redgrave recently released the Bella Vampire Skin, Bella Vampire Eyes, and I’m positive they have Edward at the in-world shop too.
This may be the classiest I’ve ever seen my avatar look! I love the new collection from Fishy Strawberry for Modavia Fashion Week. The Tie Neck Blouse (in Desert Sand) can be worn alone or with the matching Fluffy Open Cardigan. I like it worn all together, with the matching High Waist Pants, too.
I can’t wait for more colors of this collection from Fishy Strawberry! I love clothes that are elegant and photographs well.
I’m pairing this look with some new Dark Mouse jewelry, available at Jewelry Fair 2011. I liked the simple but beautiful Rever en Blanc set that includes Earrings, Bracelets, and a Necklace.
Hi from the Sommergewitter sim, which translates to summer thunderstorm.
I’ve been thinking about my hair color lately… and I’ve decided to go platinum blonde again. Exile made the cutest short wispy hairstyle called Insomnia. In fact, I’m obsessed with a lot of Exile hairstyles lately; you should definitely go check out the Exile mainstore for some gorgeous hairstyles.
My photos are so much better cos of EEP! Have you tried the EEP viewer? I can’t wait for EEP to be live on the grid, so more people will be forced to try it out.
Hello SL! I’m at Cafe Green Gables, this place is so adorable inside and out! There are pastries and baked goodies everywhere, yum!
I’m wearing Wishy Woman Cape & Dress from Katat0nik (@ Collabor88) and the My Sweet Dragonfly Pendant necklace from Junbug (@ Seraphim Social). This is a different look for me, but I felt like dressing up like a character in a random fairy tale.
Once upon a time, a girl stumbles into a café filled with pastries…
What I’m Wearing:
Pink Fuel Skin
Wasabi Pills – Stella Mesh Hair (Chocolate)
Katat0nik – Wishy Woman Cape & Dress (Forest/Average)
Ingenue – Pickford Heels (Ebon)
Junbug – My Sweet Dragonfly Pendant in Gold/Ruby
Ohmai – Mochi Bunny (Pet Ver – Hold)
I’m a bit of a body skin collector and often change them depending on what suits my face skin. For years, I wore Pink Fuel body skins; they were my favorite because the shading was not heavy, and the texture was smooth with few imperfections. Even though I have several body skins that I’m happy with (including many tattoo fixes from Izzie’s), I jumped at the chance to try the free Next Level body skins from LAQ. If you use Maitreya, Legacy, Reborn, Belleza, Slink, or Omega (appliers), you’ll be able to wear these body skins. I am currently wearing it on the Maitreya LaraX body, and it’s just as good, if not better, than any body skins currently available from other brands.
I paired the LAQ 1.5 tone with my Glam Affair L005 face skin, but wanted it to be a touch lighter to match better. To fix this, I created body tint tattoos and listed them on Marketplace for L$10. If you want an exact match, like I do, be sure to check these out. You can easily tint the tattoo layers to match any face skin you’re wearing.
Recently, I found myself longing for a smooth body skin without highlights or shadows; I was tired of using dozens of body skin fixes to achieve the desired look. So, I am overwhelmingly impressed by this body skin. Mallory Cowen, the creator of LAQ, is a pioneer when it comes to texture skins in Second Life. She was among the first brands to create realistic skins with beautifully designed signature LAQ faces. I wore them for many years and think it’s nice to incorporate a bit of LAQ into my current look. I have also been asking Mallory to create some EvoX head skins, which I am know will be a success.
The generosity of some Second Life brands blows me away. Teleport to LAQ to get your hands on these free body skins.
