A touch of lace added to clothing makes it so much more feminine and interesting. The Emma top and shorts from The Secret Store has just the right amount of lace and a vibrant grapefruit pattern. I have mentioned this before, but most furniture in SL have built-in poses that are too awkward for nice photos. Which is why I went to the marketplace and bought a pretty sitting pose for today’s photo, instead of using one of the built-in ones that comes with this bed. The pose is from a store called Secret Body; the creator is a fellow blogger that I’ve followed for a long time on Flickr. I love when bloggers create things, such as poses, cos we’re pretty much experts when it comes to hiding bad angles and posing pretty.

I’ve done nothing productive today except make this Barbie Makeup on the new SL 2.0 tattoo layer. I’m quite happy with it, even though I drew that eye makeup with my mouse. I totally respect skin makers for the wonderful work they do, cos this isn’t easy at all!
Less than a day after my custom order from Soda skins, the skin was ready for pick-up! I’ve convinced my friend Wilma to pose with me in her customized skin too. 🙂
Wilma was getting impatient with me for flipping her through a billion poses, lol!

I've been swamped but the newness were piling up so I'm taking a break to bring you new hair from Truth & a very sexy cardigan from Boom! There are 6 new hairstyles, I'm only showing 5 of 6 because the other one is for guys. This batch of release is one of my favorites since I like so many of the hairstyles. I'm having a hairgasm over the Peaches style because I love how the bangs are swept to the side and the strands are piled gently with a little curl at the ends.
This sexy Wong Size Cardi from Boom is just what I've been wanting for my wardrobe in SL. You can't really see it here, but the buttons are ready to pop around the cleavage area because it's the wrong size… and that makes this top so sexy.

Gacha is making a comeback, but this time, the items inside the gacha machine will be NO TRANSFER. I can hardly believe that Linden Lab thinks this is a good idea! If you’re a fan of gacha items, your best bet is to stick with the MiePon version. It not only reveals what’s coming next but also keeps items transferable.
Seriously, what’s the rationale behind NO TRANSFER gachas? They seem utterly pointless and downright predatory. Why would anyone want to pay multiple times for something they can’t trade? It raises some serious questions: Why are some brands on board with this? Why would anybody play no transfer gacha machines?

I loved the thrill of receiving gifts and sharing my extra gacha items. So, in the spirit of Gachas, I truly hope that Second Life merchants will think twice before opting for NO TRANSFER gacha machines. Such a stance will undoubtedly come off as greedy to the average shopper.
There’s already an event returning with NO TRANSFER gachas. Are they serious? Who actually asked for this?

I absolutely love those shoes! You also did an awesome job with skin matching…I am still trying my best in that area (lol) Any suggestions…please? My avi’s skin-tone is Latte (darker)…and so far the easiest skin matching Huds for me are NCore and Maitreya. I am a shoe fanatic and would love to try out more but skin matching is a must and a big concern for me. My last result is to contact the creator. I would love to see a tutorial so that I can manage this step myself. Anyway, my apologies for the long post ~ I love your style! ♥
