I wear a lot of shoes from Ingenue, you could say that it’s my go-to brand for shoes. Most of the styles are available in plenty of colors and prints, and pairs well with casual styles. I am wearing the Elodie Flats from Ingenue. Exile is killing it with this gorgeous Long Beach hairstyle, available at Summerfest! It feels like summer is a year-long season in SL, which is alright with me cos I mostly live on the beach.

Hello from the new Java Sprockets Coffee House on Puffin Head! I’m so pleased Linden Lab is going back and revisiting the older regions of Bellisseria. My favorite house is right next door to the Java Sprockets, so I am definitely thrilled by the new coffee house!
When I read about the passing of Ebbe Linden this week, I reflected on all of the past CEOs that Linden Lab has ever had, and he was the most engaging of all of them. A lot of cool projects happened under Ebbe, so I think that the grid will continue forward pretty much the same, as long as the executive team still believes in the same vision.

Now…… onto some yummy new Gala Phoenix skins. The newest face is called Elf — and it comes in the usual 6 makes (2 versions each) and with freckles. You guys already know all of this by now, I’m sure 🙂
What I’m SUPER SUPER SUPER excited about is the NEW face….. new nose, new pouty lips, new brows. It’s got the sharpest little nose I’ve seen on a Gala skin to date. The brows are so great too, possibly my favorite brows because they’re light, thin and versatile — I can wear Blonde or Brunette hair, without it being mismatched.
Instead of showing you all 12 like I normally do, I wanted to show just 6 random ones so you’ll be able to see them more up-close.
Since the skin is called ‘Elf’ — I’ve bundled myself up in a cozy knit dress from Momo. These come in Black, Brownie, Grape, Gray, Pink, Red, Sea, Snow, and Yellow.

This month’s theme for Uber is ’50 Shades’ which as you can guess, lots of designers went the cliché route and made submissive things. The theme is inspired by a certain book with the same name, I’m sure you can already guess what that book is called. My friend said, it’s the worst book she ever read, LOL.
A couple of brands did do cute sexy things though! Since I’m not into that, I really appreciate the more subtly sexy items, that can easily translate to casual wear. Monso nailed it with the My Off Shoulder Shirt & My First Lingerie set, both mesh. I’ve tried to wear texture (applier) clothing, and I simply find them too unappealing with a mesh body.
Why bother wearing a mesh body (advanced), to only revert back to texture (basic) clothing? Do you still wear texture clothing? Let me know in the comments if you do, or if you don’t, and why!

I’ve been fashionably late to the Bridgerton viewing party. Typically, my taste in historical dramas veers towards the darker, more intense ones, like The Tudors, where beheadings are surprisingly frequent. However, at the insistence of my friend Sparkle, I gave Bridgerton a try, and found myself falling in love with the scenes and fashion. It’s a delightful swirl of pastel dreams and romance.
Currently, I’m embracing my inner Miss Bridgerton in Second Life, fantasizing about a chance encounter with Duke Hastings. Sporting the Breeze hairstyle from Truth, straight from Hair Fair, and adorned with the charming Kaori Mini Hat by Sparkle Skye, also a Hair Fair gem, I’m fully immersed in this whimsical world. Bridgerton-inspired gowns have been my go-to this month, particularly the Jane Regency Gown from Just Because, allowing me to live out this Regency fantasy to the fullest.
