You guys will never guess what I’m blogging in the picture above ^
It’s not clothes or hair or skin!
It’s the new Malt Cinch Buckle Belt in Noire. I hardly ever wear sculpted belts, but this belt is so easy to wear cos its worn higher on the torso and not right at the waist. I didn’t have to resize at all to fit, which is always a bonus 🙂
What I’m Wearing:
Exile – Venus (Dusk)
Zaara – Trishna Print Skirt (Aqua)
Zaara – Yauvani Tank (Electric)
Malt – Cinch Buckle Belt (Noire)
Naith Smit – Rock ‘n’ Rolla Chain
WigWamBam has just released the fruity jeans & capri, and two lovely jackets. Each pair of jeans includes short capri pants and long versions with cuffs for each. These items have a really cute retro feel to them, and totally perfect for Summer.
Hello from my Linden Home! By April of this year, it will have been 4 years since I claimed my first Linden Home. Time goes by quickly! I’ve been thinking a lot about my Linden Homes, including how much I’m spending on my region. I won’t say how many Linden Homes I had at my peak, but I have four of them now. I’ve given up homes in the same theme in the past month and decided to just keep one with any theme I like. I’m still trying to leave even more, and unless the next theme interests me, I’ll probably end up with just three homes. Like everyone else, I’m still waiting for those 2048 Linden Homes.
Since the Concierge Linden Home service for Premium Plus came out, people have asked me to leave my homes so they can ticket for it. Sorry, but that’s not how it works. Abandoned homes go into a queue for anybody to get from the Land Page on the Second Life website. I’ve always thought the ticketing process was highly inefficient and there has to be a more instant solution. Even if I wanted to abandon a house for someone to use their Premium Plus to claim, they can’t without risking the house being taken by other residents.
Exile – Meredith | Scene | Roselle | Meko (all in Candy texture)
This week’s release of Exile hair is so fun! My favorite is Meredith, cos it reminds me of Meredith Grey’s hair from Grey’s Anatomy. Nothing says happy like HOT PINK hair 🙂 I love this color so much.
I’m totally playing with the SMILE emote today cos I think it’s cute when used in still pictures but I hate when people wear the ~smile~ attachment in-world. To me when people wear that attachment or when they type out ~smile~ it’s not friendly, it’s creepy!!! 🙂 <– acceptable but –> ~smiles~ is not!
I’ve been wearing this bikini all week, but I kept delaying doing proper front/back pictures so I couldn’t credit it. So here it is, Hucci’s latest Le Grand Sommet outfit (which includes a long skirt attachment and belly gem) but I think it works great as a bikini! So sexy. I promised Eboni I would show you guys a picture of my butt cos one side of the bikini bottom is slightly higher than the other. How sexy is that?
One last picture, cos I really like this emote. And check out the Hucci bikini!
January is all about cozy vibes and bodysuits. I tried on numerous bodysuits before settling on this adorable Ramona bodysuit and matching cardi from Littlefox. Everyone seems to be embracing bodysuits this month, but the reason I chose this one over the others is because I like the cleavage, textures, and colors it offers.
I love Rosé’s twin buns hairstyle from the APT music video. So when I saw that S-Club released the Pinky hairstyle, clearly inspired by Rosé, I immediately bought it. Although S-Club’s prices are on the higher side, at L$999 for fatpacks, I know I will wear this hairstyle frequently. If you do not opt for a fatpack at S-Club, unfortunately, you won’t get access to all of the hairstyle options or accessories.
This week I realized that I have matured because I no longer feel rage about anything in Second Life. X (Twitter forever) is all about AI. Meanwhile, on Bluesky, Second Life residents are making lists and expressing their concerns about AI usage. There are many issues to be upset about in life, but AI is not one of them for me. You may choose to be upset if you wish, but many brands in Second Life are employing AI to edit their photos and videos. They are also utilizing AI to generate textures and sell “art” at events. While I do not necessarily endorse these practices, I recognize that I cannot control other SL residents, nor can anyone halt progress. AI is innovative and here to stay. It can be integrated into our workflow without eliciting accusations of thievery. If you choose to boycott certain brands, I suggest doing so quietly. I myself boycott several brands for various reasons, but I do not feel the need to publicize my decisions.
Although I consider AI a fun tool to experiment with, and I have used it in the past to edit a photo or two, most of my images come directly from Second Life. It is quite evident that many skin designers are now using AI to enhance their skin advertisements. Proceed with caution, and be sure to demo everything before making a purchase.
What are your thoughts on brands that utilize AI to enhance their product photos or sell AI-generated textures? Let me know in the comments!
AOHARU has just released these yummy Leather Rider Vests in a bunch of colors. This vest also inclues a studded version and a non-studded version. I’m wearing it in SilverWhite color, and matching ANEXX FringePumps in SilverWhite.
Hello from Cherishville! This stunning autumn region is a must-visit for any fall enthusiast and photographer. It’s finally feeling like autumn here, and I couldn’t be happier. Bring on the rainy days and cozy vibes!
Even in the rain, when my energy drink cravings hit, I find myself walking to the store to grab one. This NRG can from Flair is amazing—it features an animated drink opening sequence and even includes a static hold pose. Plus, it comes with a handy HUD to change colors!
