I love Hot Pink lipstick, and the Slime colored bean looks really good with it, so I went with this flavor even though Slime is an icky flavor I hope to never taste.
I must say I love this Loose Pocket Tank (in Mint) from Beetlebones. This is the first mesh shirt that I’ve been able to wear the (S)mall size and it fits me perfectly (normally I have to wear Large). So yayyyy….. go Beetlebones, for having sizes that makes sense.
I’m pairing my shirt with some recently released Denim Capris from Zaara, and the Sloane Pumps in Teal from Mon Tissu.
Second Life just unveiled a new black and blue logo! Do you like it? I’m quite shocked at that they left the old teal green color behind – and decided to go with a generic bright blue. The explanation on the official blog announcement sounds nice and generic – the sky’s the limit!
I’ve always thought that the teal green color from the old logo was a nod to the name and Linden tree. Trees are green and soothing. Please take a vote below, and let me know if you like the old logo or the new logo!
KA Designs by Kira Ahn has just released two fabulous new skins!! Anne and Eva skins both have light and dark brows, a base skin with no makeup, along with a great range of makeups. One thing about KA skins that I have always loved is that her base skin is so fresh and beautiful.

Another round of Anthology has just opened, and the item that immediately caught my eye is the Captain’s Lullaby decor set from James&Dew. This captivating set includes a decorative chandelier crafted from bottles and ship pieces, along with candles nestled in bottles, all evoking a delightful DIY old-world charm. I absolutely adore how these items have been repurposed, making them perfect for a rustic or cottage-themed setting.
As I delved into the description on Flickr, I was intrigued by the mention of a hidden surprise. Curiosity piqued, I meticulously searched and eventually uncovered a hidden treasure! While I don’t want to give away the surprise, I can assure you it’s definitely worth exploring. Who knows? You might find treasures that have washed up on the shore somewhere. I’m thrilled about this treasure hunt feature, as I have a soft spot for nautical-themed items.
I must say, it’s quite bold of James&Dew to release this set with PBR textures only, sans fallback. This decision highlights their forward-thinking approach. As Second Life progresses, we’re moving beyond older texturing methods. For those unable to view PBR textures, the fallback is a blank white texture, but it’s high time designers focus on the future. Continually supporting outdated texturing methods is a tall order, and it’s refreshing to see creators embracing advancement.
To showcase the stunning PBR textures of the Captain’s Lullaby set, I created a short video. I rezzed a reflection probe in the entire room, although it’s not necessary to enjoy the beauty of PBR items. The probe merely enhanced the reflections, making them more focused. In fact, foregoing the additional reflection probe might even reduce lag, as regions already have auto probes, albeit less concentrated.
So, embark on this nautical adventure with the Captain’s Lullaby set, and who knows what hidden gems you might discover along the way!
I am at Santaurio, The Lost Island, but I am not lost. I’m so happy I’ve finally made a trip to this sim, thanks to Ziki and the lab for showcasing it! This is such an amazing place, it has everything I could ever want in an SL sim (beachy, tropical, floral, serene), except for the dead bodies. Yes, there are dead bodies there, but that’s okay, you can walk away from it quickly upon landing and pretend it doesn’t exist.
Do you think this island is inspired by LOST, the tv show?
The island is decorated with lots of cozy lil’ spots to sit and chat. I’m just obsessed with the nice beach and perfectly placed waves, that I didn’t take pictures of the other stuff.

I went to my friend Britnee’s houseboat to set up the Brighton Boat Bar set from Cheeky Pea. You can rez it on land or on water, but I think it’s super cute on water! There’s enough seating for at least six of your friends!
My outfit today is the Bomia look outfit from M.Birdie. Don’t ask me how many times I had to play this gacha to get an outfit that color coordinates. TOO MANY. I now have several complete outfits, lol.
good thing is that her stuff is mode … so even if its mesh one can rezz it and adjust it there and take it back to invent. more complicated as with sculpties, but at least something to make stuff fit.
This worked out great for the overalls from BB, I was able to rez them and detach the braces but I`m unable to resize them or anything else – I also have the BB mesh skirts – Am I missing something?
OMG I think I’ll have to give into downloading a mesh viewer! xD That top is SOOOOOOO adorableeee! eek!! I haven’t had this reaction from pixel clothes in awhile xD ^.^
