Black no. 1 Milli Skins
Jade Glazner of Black No. 1 Skins has just added a sexy new face to skins line. Milli comes in 6 different makeups per skin tone, and two brows options. I'm wearing the Milli in Light skin tone, and Light brows above.
I love the soft & sweet look to these, and I think they're stunning.
Typically when I do skin reviews, I wear my own Gogo shape but today I'm wearing the Millli shape included with the fatpack (also sold separately). I'm equally as picky about my shape as I am with skins, but I totally recommend picking up the Milli shape to go with these skins if you're looking for a new 'you' but don't want to spend a lot of time tweaking your shape.
I only made the body a lil thinner, but the shape really does look just like this out of the package. You know I don't normally recommend other peoples shapes but this is good, the proportions are good and the face is stunning. I'll probably mod it some more for my own usage and make some type of a Gogo-Milli hybrid shape.

My New Kitchen
I have done nothing but shop, decorate, shop, decorate! I love my new Catia Kitchen set from Consignment. I have used decor from various brands for years to make a vintage kitchen, but I felt the need for change. This new set is modular, and very easy to assemble to fit any kitchen. I don’t like to change my decor often, but this change is definitely much-needed, since it also pushed me to update my living room and other corners of my home.
A new kitchen set calls for new food!! Isn’t this set of brunch food from Dust Bunny fantastic? It’s a gacha, but it was actually fairly easy to complete the set since it’s a small set.
Autumn is here! It’s cold outside, so I am loving all the sweaters and beanies in SL. I love this Amitomo dress at Sanarae, it’s a gacha, but I won’t complain since I won the dress after a handful of tries. Exile released perfect autumn hairstyles at Collabor88 this month! I am wearing Full Circle, it comes with a color-changing HUD for the cap.

Stiletto Moody gave group members a free pair of Stiletto Moody Bare Lana in Red to celebrate the brand’s anniversary. For various reasons, I haven’t ever bought a pair of SM shoes (with or without feet). I am usually pretty good with tinting feet — and I own a lot of shoes from different brands in SL with them. I don’t understand why a pair of shoes that costs well over $2,000L does not include a HUD but a rather primitive drop-down menu. Really SM, you can’t make a HUD? It would make the tinting process SO much more pleasant. Other brands have them… Maitreya, SLink, even N-Core!
Anyways.. these shoes are FREE, so you know, like everybody else I’m curious to see what all the fuss is about.
All the photos taken below have NOT been post-processed — this is what a pair of Stiletto Moody Bare looks like to me:
1. Straight out of the box — my skin doesn’t match and the ankle strap doesn’t fit into the shoe.
2. I tried fixing my skin color via the ‘ControlFreak’ option and inputting my RGB — uh-oh my feet are PURPLE. So obviously I’ll have do it using the R,G,B drop-down menu which I hate. How am I suppose to know if I need to plus or minus more Green, Red or Blue? I’m a visual person, give me a HUD!
3. 10 minutes later, I’ve matched my skin as best as I could and fixed the fitting issue on the ankle strap.
4. Worn with my AO
Now that I’m satisfied with this, I hop off my pose stand and test the shoes out in-world with my AO. And it looks like crap….. hello hot mess. Looks good if you are posing but not so great when you want to wear it in-world.
5. Is this what you paid $2,000L for? (or however much these costs, I don’t know the exact price)
Would I buy a pair of Stiletto Moody? NO — not with the ankle strap issue. The foot isn’t that nice either with all those heavy shadows but it’s probably something I could live with.. but not for the price tag or the ill-fitted prims.
I know there are die-hard Moody fans out there, so enjoy your shoes! 🙂

Glam Affair Lucrezia Skin for LeLutka Simone Bento
Happy New Year’s Eve!
I haven’t done a skin review in years, mostly cos I felt that SL system skins have peaked around 2013, and there was nothing else to write, that I haven’t written hundreds of times before. I have reviewed 245+ skins in SL from countless brands, some have stagnated and never moved beyond system skins, or they simply retired.
I plan on reviewing more skins in 2017, if I can alternate between more than a handful of brands. I won’t look for seams or point out flaws anymore, because it’s 2017 and I figured that most brands should have that figured out by now. If a skin is not to my liking, you will not see it on my blog. It may have taken me about a decade of SL blogging to figure it out, but it is much more efficient use of my time to focus only on well-made products. Unfortunately, that does mean that a lot of brands with potential will not get the feedback that they desperately need to grow.
This is the Lucrezia skin from Glam Affair. This skin is available at Uber, along with lashes and brows made specifically for the LeLutka Simone Bento head. I like the brows that it comes with, so I didn’t get the extra brows pack that can be worn with any Glam Affair skin/Lelutka Bento head. I also like that I can mix-and-match the makeups from some of the recently released Glam Affair skins to create some different looks. Even though I didn’t wear a lot of Glam Affair over the years, I do appreciate that Aida is a prolific skin maker.
The Lucrezia skin is $899L per skin tone, and comes with 8 brows color, 8 lipsticks, and 8 eye shadows. It is available at Uber at the moment, and will probably be available in store later on.
I have made a shape for this skin! Buy the Emma shape in my store or on Marketplace.

So you want a custom Bluesky name? If you have your own domain, setting it up is straightforward. I’m @gogo.juicybomb.com on Bluesky. I intended to write a tutorial, but fortunately, Bluesky already offers an excellent guide: How to verify your Bluesky account.
If you want to be known as @yourdomain.com, simply set up the TXT record at your hosting company or your domain registrar. If you have a domain name without a hosting plan, you should set up the TXT record with your domain name registrar. On the other hand, if you have a hosting plan associated with your domain name, you will configure the TXT record at your hosting company. If you want to be recognized as @anyword.yourdomain.com, create a subdomain and then add the TXT record on that subdomain. You can set up as many TXT records as you want to, even for different domains. They will all resolve to your account.
If you decide to obtain a custom name on Bluesky, be aware that as soon as you acquire your new name, you will have released your old name for anyone else to claim. For instance, I was initially @juicybomb.bsky.social. Once I changed to @gogo.juicybomb.com, I recreated juicybomb to ensure that no one else could use it. This gives me the flexibility to revert to it in the future, should I choose to discontinue using my domain. To revert, simply delete the username you are holding and rename your current account.
I have observed many Second Life residents using @name.secondlife.bio on Bluesky. However, I must caution you against this choice. This domain is not officially owned by Second Life or Linden Lab; rather, it is owned by a resident. While it is commendable that they are offering this service, if their domain is not renewed, you will lose your username. It will cease to resolve, prompting Bluesky to ask you to create a new one (although you will not lose your posts or account—only your username will change). Beyond the risk of losing your username, I also have concerns regarding impersonation. Since these accounts are not verified, anyone could request @yourname.secondlife.bio.
I am genuinely curious when Second Life will address the use of the domain name by SecondLife.bio, as it clearly violates their Domain Name Guidelines.
