I’m baaaaaaack! My site was hacked yesterday, along with other MediaTemple customers. I think the site has been restored fully but if you encounter any blank pages or hacker messages, please let me know!
Now…… onto some yummy new Gala Phoenix skins. The newest face is called Elf — and it comes in the usual 6 makes (2 versions each) and with freckles. You guys already know all of this by now, I’m sure 🙂
What I’m SUPER SUPER SUPER excited about is the NEW face….. new nose, new pouty lips, new brows. It’s got the sharpest little nose I’ve seen on a Gala skin to date. The brows are so great too, possibly my favorite brows because they’re light, thin and versatile — I can wear Blonde or Brunette hair, without it being mismatched.
Instead of showing you all 12 like I normally do, I wanted to show just 6 random ones so you’ll be able to see them more up-close.
Since the skin is called ‘Elf’ — I’ve bundled myself up in a cozy knit dress from Momo. These come in Black, Brownie, Grape, Gray, Pink, Red, Sea, Snow, and Yellow.
What I’m Wearing:
Gala Phoenix – Elf-Petal Skins (coming soon)
69 – Verte 04 (Light Blonde) with scarf
Momo – knit dress
[ Exile – Samantha (Raspberry) ]
Exile has just released two new hairstyles!! I've decided to wear hair colors that I normally wouldn't to show off this newly released Amped Crop Top from Boom. I haven't worn my Free Speerit Kimberly skin in awhile, and I forgot how amazing and vibrant the makeups are on this skin! <3
[ Exile – Lorna (Arctic) ]
The BOOM Amped Crop Top includes 3 different versions (opaque, sheer and VERY sheer). I'm wearing Hot Pink, Light Pink, and White.
What I'm Wearing:
Exile – Lorna (arctic) hair
Exile – Samantha (Raspberry) hair
Free Speerit Skin – Kimberly Pale (Watermelon)
Free Speerit Skin – Kimberly Pale (Hot Pink)
MekaNoiZe Labs – Monokrom (black)
BOOM – Amped Crop (White, Lt Pink, Hot Pink)
TheAbyss – Camo Shorts
The new Dutch Touch Jolie skins are out! I’m wearing Cream, one of my favorite DT skin tone. Each skin includes 3 brow options – Black, Brown and Blond, two cleavage option, and freckles. You’re getting so much with every skin, it’s totally worth the splurge.
I am wearing Dutch Touch’s Jolie in Cream skin tone. This is just a small preview of all the makeups available 🙂
The DT body is so pretty, very soft & feminine.
Visit Dutch Touch!
What I’m Wearing:
Exile – Maren (Sambuca)
LeeZu – Margo Jacket (snow)
Fishy Strawberry – Corduroy Treggings (Black)
BAX Coen – Ankle Boots Black Patent
FNKY – Cigarette II (the best damn cigs in SL!)
I saw the Anaface anlysis on someone's flickr stream and thought I would try it on my avatar too. According to their facial analysis, Gogo is only an 8.64 out of 10. If you scored a perfect 10, I would love to see it!! Post your results in this entry. 🙂
The right pose can make or break a photo. In my research for new bento poses for blogging, I found that the best way to familiarize yourself with a variety of brands is through the Marketplace. I went on the Marketplace and searched for ‘bento pose’ then I filtered it by the Animations category, and sorted price from low to high. I found at least a dozen free or $1L poses that looks natural and cute for blogging. Smart brands give away nice freebies to showcase their products and gain new customers.

I love home decor in SL! I'm constantly buying furniture sets and then giving it away to friends after I'm bored with them. For months now, I have been using the fabulous Artilleri kitchen set (which I love and will now need to find a new home for), but I fell in-love with a new kitchen set so it was time for some major renovation.
The before picture shows my kitchen, mostly decorated with Artilleri items. The after picture shows my new kitchen, renovated with decor from AMBIANCE Interactive Furnishings. I'm using the Esmerelda Kitchen set, which is sold as a complete set or separately (pick and choose your own pieces).
AMBIANCE Esmerelda Kitchen features (from notecard):
– This beautiful kitchen coordinates with the Esmerelda Living and Dining Room Sets
– Stools, Island and Kitchen Wall Unit all feature Menu Driven Animations by SL's top animators (including sitting, cooking, cleaning, relaxing and couples animations)
– Texture Change! This set includes a texture change feature so that it changes into 4 different color/texture collections of Black, Beach, Forest and Plum. Get FOUR sets for the price of one!
– Lights and fireplace turn on and off by touch
I love that there are animations built into the set and includes a menu to change textures to match my home. I've chosen the 'Beach' texture option since I prefer the lighter counter tops. The decors included in this set makes it 'homey' and feels like a real kitchen.
I had a problem with the fireplace being too big for my small home, so the creator Desiree Bisiani resized it for me. I'm really impressed with the customer service so far, so I would definitely consider furnishing more rooms in my home with Ambiance items.
Here's a photo of the entire set! So beautiful! Tp to AMBIANCE Interactive Furnishings if you want to see this set and other sets.
