    New LeLutka Bento Head Update! So many new features! I don’t know how LeLutka could get any better, everything is just so amazing as it is right now. I will try a bunch of new skins this weekend, cos there are some great sales on the grid! If you have any recommendations for me, let me know in the comments.

    Pink Fuel

    I needed something exciting to happen on the grid, and Pink Fuel delivered with the gorgeous new Anja Skin! This skin is a delightful and unexpected surprise from Pink Fuel, since Mochi doesn’t create a lot of LeLutka appliers. With this new skin, I also changed my skin tone to Biscuit, instead of my beloved Peach tone. Biscuit is one shade lighter, but still rosy and sun-kissed.

    This skin is available at LookBook (for $1,350L) and includes skin & makeup options to truly customize your look! Have you noticed a trend with SL “events” moving to a HUD-based system, instead of in-world shopping? I love this! I like new things, but I don’t like waiting for things to rez or struggling to enter crowded sims. Unless the sim truly provides something awesome to explore, most of them are just vendors on a wall. I think they all look the same, so this is a more preferable way to acquire new goods. What are your thoughts on HUD-based events?

    This whole look is giving me San Junipero 80’s vibes! The Merry Look gacha set from M.birdie is an 80s dream combining pinks and blues together! I am wearing the TopB paired with SkirtB. I wish I could “turn off” the attached hand bag on the top, or even better, if it came with 2 versions.

    Haven you seen this dreamy Paradiso skybox & decor gacha from Haikei? I could decorate my entire sim with builds from this brand, but some of them are skyboxes. I prefer real homes with doors and porches, but brands take shortcuts and create skyboxes so they don’t have to build the exterior. There’s no rule in SL that you can’t rez a HOUSE in the sky, I do it all the time. Leave a comment down below if you want real houses!

    The colors on the Sparkle & Shine lipsticks from Pink Fuel are simply the best. I’m wearing the Gradient option, so it fades nicely into my skin, and fits perfectly. If you wear any of the popular mesh heads or one with OMEGA option, you’ll be able to wear these lipsticks. Try the lipsticks and buy it on the marketplace!

    Meet Lulu, the newest mesh head from LAQ. On my last review of Gaia, the first bento mesh head from LAQ, I did not mention my thoughts on the shape tweaking process for the head cos it was still in the beta stage. The sliders are on Lulu are improved, so editing it is a breeze compared to Gaia. Some people said that the eyes looked sad on my shape, but I have yet to figure out how to fix that. I don’t even mind the sad eyes, it gives Lulu a sweet appearance. If you’re a fan of cute youthful faces, check out Lulu!

    I am wearing the default skin included with the HUD, and the Fresh Lip Tint gloss from Pink Fuel.

    Since the launch of subscription boxes in SL, I have only purchased two. Those two boxes had about a dozen brands each, and I only really liked one or two items, so I decided that I would not buy any more subscription boxes. Sometimes I miss out on really great things from my favorite brands, but I didn’t want to pay $1,500 (sometimes more), just to have one item.

    When I saw that Pink Fuel released these gorgeous Sugar Rush Eyeshadows as part of the Cutie Loot subscription box, it was already released so the price jumped from $1,500L to $3,000L! Unfortunately for the brands in Cutie Loot, the event fell apart due to mismanagement. Fortunately for me (and you!), Pink Fuel decided to release these at the main store for way less than subscription box price. Go get them!

    LAQ - Maxine Mesh Head

    Hello Maxine! This new mesh head from LAQ includes the Evelyn skin applier, and a HUD to change features, expressions, and save settings. I am wearing Pink Fuel skins made for LOGO mesh heads (Kiyomi base, and Morgana eyeshadows) and LAQ lipstick. This mesh head should work with any OMEGA skin; but the fit varies. I was happy when I discovered that the Kiyomo skin from Pink Fuel works really well with this head!

    The HUD for Maxine is easy, I especially like the lash options (3 different styles, length is adjustable), and the ability to save my makeups in the Looks tab.

    With just a single head attachment, Maxine is very easy to wear. The head includes standard animated expressions that can be frozen for still photos too.

    Today several amazing things happened. First, I became a rock star. Second, Pink Fuel released the most gorgeous Liya skin, but it is for the Catwa mesh head only. Third, I bought a Catwa head for the sole purpose of blogging the Liya skin. These things don’t usually happen all in the same day, since I’m usually not that social nor do I change my entire look on a whim.

    I didn’t plan on buying any mesh heads since Project Bento is right around the corner. If you don’t know what that is, Project Bento will allow certain mesh heads to be editable (like default SL shapes). I don’t know much about it, but that’s the feature I’m most excited about.

    Chances are good that if Pink Fuel creates something, I will blog it. I’m just not a huge fan of Catwa mesh heads, since I never found any skins I liked on it. I decided to give it a try today cos I wanted to wear the Liya skin, and I must say there are lots of products on Marketplace for Catwa. If you already own a Catwa head, I highly recommend the Liya skin from Pink Fuel. If you’re like me and tend to buy things just to blog then never wear them again, maybe wait for a Project Bento release so it’s editable.

    Did you guys click on the link above to read Sasy’s blog post? Read it if you’re a blogger. Sasy proposed that when bloggers post about any brand’s item, go to that brand’s flickr/social media post pages and share your link!
