This Rigged Mesh doll avatar is interesting and the face is quite cute. I am not a huge fan of the body though, the neck seems rather long and some of the limbs are too long. I hope different body types will be offered!

Have you seen the new Alison skin from Mother Goose? This porcelain skin with light brows comes in 6 makeup, and teeth version. I probably would not wear this skin daily, but I think it’s so doll-like and pretty! I think the skin tone is super porcelain pale, much too light for my preference, but lots of SLers seem to like it!

You may have seen Second Life creators selling images made with Midjourney, but what is it? Midjourney is a computer program that uses artificial intelligence to make pictures based on text prompts. At the moment, the bot on Discord is the only way to use Midjourney. I paid $10 a month to play around with the program. It’s a lot of fun to have AI make anything you can think of right away, but sometimes the results are weird.
Most of the images I’ve made are based on my Second Life avatar. I use a photo of my avatar as a reference, then I add a text prompt to try to make something more detailed than what I can do in Second Life or in photoshop.

I love this new Formal Blazer from Belgravia! I have a small collection of mesh blazers already, but I still like adding new shapes & colors to my wardrobe. I really appreciate creators like Jin Elfan, whom I’ve blogged pretty often over the past few years. My posts were not always glowing, sometimes I mentioned rigging issues or something I didn’t particularly like. Did she flip out? No. Does she keep improving and creating? Yes. I’m not sure if she ever reads my feedback, but I know she does get better with every release.
I’ve had my eye on this Spring collection from Vive 9 for a few weeks now. Last night, I remembered to visit the store to pick up a few demos. I did not like the mesh items enough to buy them — and both of the dresses are unlined (invisible on the inside), so I passed on those. The skirt was lined, but it also had breaks at the thighs that I didn’t like. I bought the Baby Rib Cropped Tee, which did not have a demo, which should have been a hint to me that it was not mesh, but I didn’t realize that until after I bought it. It was still cute enough to wear underneath this blazer! Usually when I am unsure of something, I will try to inspect the vendor prim to see if it had sizes (mesh) or just textures, but I couldn’t inspect the Vive 9 vendor prim since it only contained a script.
I try not to buy texture clothing anymore, since I already have tons of them in my inventory! I will buy texture lingerie and panties, though. Do you still buy texture clothing?

Here’s a clue, stop leaving comments under anonymous fake names. My site emails all comments to my gmail, along with IP info, so I have a a record of every single comment that has ever been made on all of my sites.
If you have a legitimate complaint, leave your full SL name along with a coherent comment and I will look into it, otherwise, peace out. I don’t want to ban you from commenting, but I’m kind of tired of seeing your IP address and nonsense hit my inbox every day.

New LeLutka Bento Head Update! So many new features! I don’t know how LeLutka could get any better, everything is just so amazing as it is right now. This is freaky but kinda cool at the same time. Way less creepy then the bloom dolls. These kind of remind me of Anna Blue (she’s a digital singer). I’m really impressed with the detail, the face is breath taking.
Yup, tried a demo. I’m in love. The detail is drool worthy. It must have taken them forever to get this so perfect. I hope she considers releasing the the mesh clothing for regular avatars. They’d sell like hot cakes because they are just that amazing XD.
The face is very cute, I would love to have a skin with this face. I mean not on a doll but for a normal avie.

I love the body, I think she captured the look of BJDs really well. The only thing I don’t like about them is the HORRIFYING VAGINA. It’s a doll, it doesn’t need lady parts.
Yep, the hairy vg is “impossibile to see!” in a BJdoll…is the only crap in the product..the rest is Beautifully 🙂 and superb!
I own several BJDs in RL- and they’re anatomically correct. She’s just replicating the real thing.

The body doesn’t mean to reassemble a human body, its a rebuild of the Enchanted Doll by Marina Bychkova. Even the body texture is taken from Marina’s dolls.

I love Marina Bychkova’s artworks very much, but it doesn’t mean that I’ll be happy to see somebody else copying and using Bychkova’s ideas and handmade materials to make one’s own money in SL.
The worse thing is this SL creator doesn’t even mention his/her product actually comes from Marina Bychkova.
People will find this, just as Lara and I do.

I am also offended that this was stolen from Marina Bychkova who has spent her life making exquisite dolls. It has taken her years to develop that unique jointing and style. Don’t just steal her aesthetic and claim it as your own.
